This book was written for school leaders, but I can see it being beneficial for any individual who wishes to improve on their leadership role and techniques. I loved the short sections and the self-assessments that allowed the reader to go back and reflect on their methods they use and how they can improve in the long run.

This book was a good reminder of simple actions that you can put into place easily. I feel like it’s a book that I will revisit from time to time just as a gentle reminder and help me to stay on track.
