They Come Together In A Haze Of Seduction. . . Powerfully sensual and potently erotic, the Chanku are an exotic race of shapeshifters. Their intent is never to harm, only to delight in each other's sexual passion and pleasure. But someone or something is out to hurt them, and after attacks against all threepacks across the country, all targeted at women and children, Anton ...more

I cried and cried. Where to begin?.?.

Anton has a dream. He fears that this dream may come true and Keisha is aware of this dream but convices himm to let go of his fears that nothing can become between them. Until...

All 3 packs: Maine, San Francisco and Montana (as well as wolf sanctuary) were attacked. The attacks were so fierce, Anton knew it was time to call all Chanku for a meeting. Everyone comes to Anton's well known Montana ranch. Anton has a problem fitting everyone into a room and sev

Just a word to the average reader, be prepared to step into a different shifter world. And, this series is so hot it should make an e-reader melt! I don't even know what abbreviations to use for the relationships in this series.

The Chanku are a lost race of shapeshifters. Slowly, the core group of Chanku is discovering other Chanku and helping them make the change to being a shapeshifter. While the books center around a couple, the rest of the pack are supporting characters.

I enjoyed reading Wolf Tales VII as much as I've enjoyed reading the rest of the stories and was pleased to meet the newest members of the large Chanku family and reading about the three packs and everything they've gone through and I was very happy to learn that one of the characters found love again. It's a colorful and wonderful story with memorable characters whose love for each other is borne out through every word. I'll certainly be keeping my eye out for book 8.

A dream sequence featuring Anton Cheval starts off this seventh. installment of Kate Douglas' Wolf Tales series. In his dreams, he is in capable of moving and calling out for help yet he realizes that both his mate, Keisha, and his daughter, Lily, are in trouble. Sensing his struggle within his dream, Keisha wakens him and offers him comfort, but Anton chooses not to tell her about the dream in order to avoid worrying her. He is unsure if it is just a recurring dream for him or if it is a premon ...more

I have to confess that I only read this book for the sex. A friend gave me her copy, and being new to the series, the characters were completely new (there are a lot to keep track of--all the better for orgy making) and unfamiliar. I picked up on the premise while skimming through the book, and my cursory overview seems to indicate that there is, indeed, a plot that makes the book more worthwhile for those who have read the first six.

From what I read, the book lives up to its caution advisory (
Enjoyed the story .It was face paced read it in a few hours. I like how all the clan members joined together in a crisis how the love one another and protect each other. Someone was after the new babies in this one and they all rallied to take out they hunters hunting them. I will say though reading this book I was a little lost with new characters in this book I don't know where they came from and how they met. It is important to read the anthologies about this series this way you kept up with ...more

I have been following this series from the beginning, in order, including the short stories in the Sexy Beast books. I feel it very important to read this series that way. This book, Wolf Tales VII, is the best of the series so far, I think. It was very well done. Kate Douglas is one of the best paranormal erotica writers I have read. I am very much looking forward to reading more installments in this series!!!

Quietly admits I read this. Also quietly giving it a four star because if you are looking for something hot this is your story. However, if you are looking for a plot? Maybe think again about reading it. The plot was pretty relaxed because there were so many sex scenes happening. Also, if you want a solid ending without a cliffhanger this isn't the book for you. But it was a sassy and fun read.

It had been awhile since I read Book #6, but with practically everyone in this book, it helped remind me who was who (and who was with who). There were a couple of really good hot scenes, but nothing like I’ve read in past books. Probably because the newness had worn off between all these characters? Hmmm… Something to ponder. I do own the rest of this series, so I will eventually finish. Just not right away.

I like erotica but would like more of a story tying together the love scenes. Would have been nice to have more plot development and less assumption of familiarity with the characters, i.e. a little more background review would have been helpful. Those wanting detailed descriptions of both heterosexual and homosexual encounters should be satiated.

Meh....This book felt like you picked up the story in the middle and left before it was over; which is disappointing since I've liked Kate Douglas' books before. Maybe the next one will be fantastic...but maybe she has met the end of this story line and needs to think about a different subject matter. Who knows...I'm just a little disappointed.

Read this book slowly over time..... It was amazing how so many different personalities were written in a way they gel together well..... There is alot of menage in these stories as well as m/m and w/w..... The story in this book was amazing...... The suspense was what kept me reading..... I highly recommend this book
