This book is more like a guidebook, written in a way that you can pick it up and find support and resources that are relevant to you. I don't have a child struggling with severe mental health issues, but as someone who has dealt with mental health issues myself, I know my kids are more likely to struggle. Also a good read for someone who wants to better understand how common mental health challenges are, and how you can better help, and support those around you who may be going through it.

INVALUABLE!!! For families starting from the beginning, or for those all too familiar with caring for a child with mental health challenges, this is a must read/buy! The listed resources are up-to-date and nicely consolidated for quick access.
