Good lord, my brain hurts when I thumb through this book. Tribe is brilliant, but I'll bet his reading tastes aren't as eclectic as mine. I'll hold on to that, and be superior to him always in that knowledge.

Tribe is an eminent constitutional law expert. This is his casebook. While it illustrates his perspective, I found it somewhat idiosyncratic. I also found it hard to follow some of the arguments. So, if you are interested in Tribe, here is a good starting point. Interested in constitutional law? There might be other outlets that one might prefer.

THE most important book on Con Law, written by an eminent and brilliant Constitutional scholar. I am not a lawyer nor a law student, but was fascinated by this comprehensive review of Con Law.
