I've had this cookbook sinceI was a newlywed, and we manage to make at least one dish from it every Pesach.

This cookbook is a great treasure for Passover. It includes basic recipes and gourmet options. It has many charoset recipes from around the world and an emphasis on Sephardic cooking. We've been making dishes from this cookbook most of our married lives and Passover would not be the same without its Passover Orange Granola or the Meat Keftas. I reread it every year and plan accordingly.
