This book was very boring, but it did cause me to add seeing the Sawtooth Mountains to my to do list.

The prose in this book was a joy to read through. Having been short stories in a newspaper, this collection of articles/anecdotes, etc was delightfully amusing, but yet informative as well. The information provided was not overwhelming, nor was it excessively boring. This book gave insight into the history of the Sawtooth area and what life was/is like for its inhabitants.
