Good overview of retail banking business at really high level. It is a good framework to then expand your knowledge. Definitely not enough for professionals but it is definitely a starting point.

It's a great book covering the basics of Retail Banking. I definitely recommend it if you are planning to get a grip on understanding the banking fundamentals.
