Between babies and budding romances, busy schedules and unexpected gossip, the small town and its residents may never be the same.
Everyone at the Sweet Shop Bakery and the Irish Blessings cafe is worrying over Bella and her baby – and busily trying to convince her to take it easy.
Katie is not the only person in town with some big decisions ahead of her. And the busy summer season is kicked off with a big surprise for everyone.
Don’t miss the revelation everyone has been waiting for – in Peach Cobbler Mystery; the sixth cozy mystery of Naomi Miller‘s Amish Sweet Shop Mystery series.
Naomi Miller mixes up a batch of intrigue, sprinkled with Amish, Mennonite, & English characters, adding a pinch of mystery and a dash of romance!

I've read all 6 of the books that make up this series. I've grown very close to all the characters as I read each book. Peace Cobbler is mainly about Katie Chupp , Travis Davis and Bella . Of course the regular characters make up a big part of the story as well. The Peace Cobbler Mystery is about a community that reaches out to each other with love and support. It's about family ties and wanting the best for your loved ones. When Bella shows up in town Ida Mueller gives her a home and becomes like a mother to her. Bella applies for a job at the bakery and quickly becomes part of the family. There's a mystery about her that puzzles everyone . Still the Amish and Englishers are very kind to her and except her as part of the community. Who is the father of her unborn child ? Katie Chupp has reached the age of her running around years. She has started to date Travis Davis , a young Englisher . They both have strong feelings for one another. Will Katie jump the fence or walk away from the love of her life for the sake of her family and faith. Naomi Miller has the most delicious looking book covers wrapped around the most appealing stories. Usually each story comes with an extra special message for the reader. I believe it was about loving and excepting someone when they are in need of help. Just being there and sincerely caring for the other person. All readers of Amish Fiction will love this entire series. If you haven't read the other books of this series you might want to read them first. I highly recommend this series to you.
Naomi Miller has said that this may be her last cozy mystery, and while I would understand if that is the case, I hope it isn't. I hope to read many more stories centering around the wonderful residents of Abbott Creek!
Peach Cobbler is a very different story than every other book in the series leading up to it. In my personal opinion, it is THE BEST story in the series, which is only part of the reason I am hoping to see more books in the series!
Fair warning: there are parts of this story that are very difficult to read, but I feel that Naomi handled what is a very sensitive and terrifying subject with Grace, Beauty and Love.
Peach Cobbler Mystery is the 6th book in the amish Sweet Shop series written by Naomi Miller. In this book the mystery surrounding Bella is revealed. There are new developments with Katy's situation but we are left with the continuing mystery with Sean. I guess this means another book.
The characters are very likeable and realistic which helps to tell the story wonderfully for the reader. The author has done an amazing job telling this story.
I was not given a complimentary copy of this book to read and review. I was not approached by anyone to post a favorable review. I have rated this book with four stars for meeting my expectations of a wonderful story that I can highly recommend to others.
Congratulations to Naomi Miller for writing another fantastic story for her readers to enjoy and continuing on with her series.
This is the 6th book in the Amish Sweet Shop Series, and I believe it is the best book in the series. It can be read as a standalone, but I definitely recommend reading the prior books in the series to learn more about the citizens of Abbott Creek. I very much enjoyed catching up with the characters from the Sweet Shop Bakery. This book brings to a conclusion a mystery that has been pending through the other books, and once again, I was pulled in to the story line from the first pages, and didn't want to put it down after I had started it. The reader who enjoys Amish fiction with a touch of mystery will certainly enjoy this one as well as the other books in the series, and this is one that I wholeheartedly recommend.
OK… I’m going to try to do this without any spoilers, but it’s NOT going to be easy.
Naomi Miller handles what could have been a horrific and tense event with grace and acceptance, and in such a way that even a young girl could read the story with no problem – and I definitely think young girls should read this story. The message within is one that every young woman needs to be mindful of in this crazy world we live in today!
