Assignment: Africa - Part 1 - Trial and Punishment

Rate this book
Meghan Shanahan is a bit of a lost soul. She dropped out of college to attend demonstrations in New York City and now, at 25, she finds herself working minimum wage jobs and living with her parents in New Jersey. So, when an opportunity to go to the poor African nation of Zilawe to work on development presents itself, she jumps at the chance for adventure and to act on her ideals. However, once there, she finds that the government is corrupt and oppressive and feels compelled to take to the internet to protest. She is quickly arrested and faces a public flogging and many years of hard labor in a prison camp.

Once word of this turn of events reaches Jerry Goldman, international editor for a major New York newspaper, he dispatches his ace reporter, Barbara Moore, to get the full story. She quickly finds herself embroiled in trouble herself in a country besieged by rebels and ruled by an evil dictator. The plot thickens further when Jerry goes to Zilawe himself to try to rescue his reporter. Or does he have other agendas?

Read this thrilling tale of judicial punishments, interracial sex, dominance and submission and pain! You will not be sorry.
