OUR STORY A beat-up old car, a few dollars in the pocket and a sense of adventure. Definitely a fun read for different retreats around the world. Too many retreats are yoga-oriented, and I would like activity choices to def be more than yoga as part of daily activities. It was worth the read-through to discover some neat spots, nonetheless.

They serve as a good starting point to plan wellness trip if you are clueless to begin with. However, you need to research further as the book is not evergreen.
