At long last, Cathy faces Zack and Ray in the execution room! Cathy hands Ray a pistol, trying to get her to turn on Zack, but will her plan backfire? One way or another, the Floor B3 saga comes to a close in Volume 5 of Angels of Death!
This was a backstory of a dead character from the perspective of another dead character. Wouldn’t it have been more effective story-telling to get the reader emotionally attached to the character before killing them off? Why did the author include this after?
i liked this volume a lot more than the others because it strayed from the regular plot. which isnt good for the series as a whole but also, giving a backstory to what is probably the most boring, unfleshed out and small character is a strange choice LOLL
Okay but not the best the story of showing Cathy’s backstory with Lucy was kind of boring and drew out I think a story from Cathy’s point of view would have been better 😓🤔

Learning more about Cathy’s backstory was welcome background on a pretty cool antagonist. They did choose a cheesy route but it was still fun to have more characters be developed instead of always focusing on Ray and Isaac.
Wow, an entire volume dedicatrd to a characters back story; I wasnt expecting that. It was interesting but it also alluded to the person behind this insain building.
Well the first little bit was good but then we get Cathy’s entire backstory and honestly I didn’t really care for it much. I just feel like it could’ve done without so this book was just okay to me.
