This a fantastic go-to book for any and all churches no matter what size or age or stage. Tim and Tony touch core needs and have answers to key issues that every church will face at one point or another. I will be referencing this book for business and church needs from here on out. An easy must read for everyone in ministry.

This is a great resource and in what is quickly becoming my favorite format. 99 1-2 page chapters on totally random subjects relevant to church leadership. Some will not pertain to you, some will be common sense, and some will certainly be a-ha moments. I highly recommend it.

The book was very average. If you've ever read a leadership book or worked in a ministry before, then you won't glean to much from this. Matter of fact, I read the whole thing in an hour. Think of it as small snapshots of leadership principles rather than deep insights.

Definitely showing its age but still a handy compilation of tidbits--many 5-star ideas. Some will poo-poo this as old news forgetting that this was revolutionary advice a dozen years ago.
