This book combines elements of Somatics, Aikido, and NVC into an empowering practice and provides a wonderful resource for anyone wanting to EMBODY compassionate communication (NVC) and authentic expression. I had the great good luck of attending the author's workshop "Body Wisdom" where the practices in his book could be experienced and shared. A truly transformative experience!

Highly recommended for anyone involved with, or interested in, compassionate communication (NVC) to take their practice to a deeper level.
