I have read a lot of books on pressure points and weakness of human body. This book is one of the better ones I have read. It shows a variety of pictures, which describe muscle and nerve groups being violated by the attack. I have to say that anyone, who is interested in the martial arts or just general self deference will definitely benefit from this book.
