I studied this particular book for my PhD qualifying exams and found the book very well-written with a lot of examples covered in the text to illustrate concepts and procedures. The topic of control engineering is mathematically fascinating. I regret the fact that the professor who taught us control engineering back in my undergrad days completely destroyed our interest of learning the topic...
