A pretty good overview of the aspects of Hitler’s War machine (ie economy, home front, chapter on each branch of the werchmacht, SS, etc.). Beautifully illustrated (the illustrations alone make this book worth owning).

Each chapters is written by a well known military historian like Matthew Cooper for the Luftwaffe and Richard Humble for the Kriegsmarine. There nice drawing and statistic about the main weapons of the Third Reich.
