EMILY BLAKE lives on her family's estate in Northern California, and spends her summers in Malibu with her Pomeranian, Kiki. Asked where she gets the ideas for her books, Ms. Blake replied, "From my life, of course."
Horrible Book! I read all 5 previous books and was waiting for for this but it turned out complete trash for one single reason - (this will make NO SENSE if you havent read any book in series)
That B**** Kelly should have died!! She is such an horrible character, she practically ruined everybody's life in the entire 6 book series. I had an anticipation just like everybody that that the irritating hag should die. But NO! She ends up having a gooood life despite ruining everyone else's life around her.
Now to protagonist Allison.....girl I agree your life finally turned out to be alright but you should have soooooo shot your selfish cousin Kelly who just non stop ruined you life for last 5 books.
And why the hell Chad recovered from Coma? He was shallowest character. He and Kelly, Both deserved to die.
Tom, Are you INSANE? How you cannot notice Allison(I will not speak any further because yes thats what his character is in this book)
Truly Horrible End to truly good series. If only Author could have killed of Kelly. It was like we readers were promised end to that stupid ***** Kelly and ended up with exact Opposite. No Wonder this Book is not yet Published!!
NOTE:This book is not published yet. Though fully written, It has been on hold since 2008. Since then it has been released in Public Domain. If anyone wants this ebook, Its free available online. If anyone has difficulty in finding this book online, Message me.
After reading all five books, the finale of the Little Secrets series really had me on my toes. But the ending was a huge disappointment. If I had to choose one book that let me down big time, it would be this one.
It's bad enough that I had to wait miserably for each sequel to be published after finishing one book in like, what, a day? And then when I thought I could see Kelly get a taste of her own medicine, well, she was given a fairly happy ending too.
Really? Where is the justice in this world? Not even some justice in a FICTIONAL world? Really?
Kelly was a complete pain in the neck, and so I think it's fair for her to get some bad karma for all she had done - and no, I don't mean that she should get run over by a truck or something - at least something that will really make an impact on her. But hey, Allison! Did you decide to become a saint or what? How could you let her get away with all of it?
Wait, no. Why am I blaming a character? What on earth was the author thinking?
Fine, maybe I'm not such a forgiving person, then.
But still. If that wasn't bad enough, well at least don't deprive me of a Tom-Allison relationship. That was the whole point of me being excited about the ending - besides all of the scandal part. But no, you had to make Allison keep it a secret too.
Maybe this book might be suitable to some, but not for me. #shrug
I actually don't think the ending was that bad. I liked that Alison chose to rise above what her family is/was, and broke free of the drama and revenge. Kelly and Christine will get what's coming to them- they'll always be cast in the shadow of the Roses and be second-best in the eyes of Tamara. And let's face it- that's what will drive them the most insane in the end. Isn't that Karma enough?
This closes everything up and the suspense was killing me!!! Not much of an ending really and Chad really should have gotten back with Allison and Kelly should have gone to prison or something. Found it online for free download for anyone who couldn't find it.
