Good philosophy on keeping your body in balance. A Certified Mat Pilates Instructor and will incorporate some of these moves with my routines for clients.

Everyone sometimes is troubled by pain in their body; this book helps with self guided exercises that can relieve some of the tension and guide you to keep yourself on track. Easy read and the exercises feel good!

Breathing, Meditation, yoga stretches essential to good health...especially as we age. A great supplement to my Yoga classes. Love the way these practices can be easily woven into daily routines.

- Sitting cross legs are good for you: a way for body to re-balance your muscle

- If stretch brings pain - you're doing it wrong. Always avoid over stretching: listen to your body, not your brain

- Stretch works best when body is warmed up

Living pain free

Very insightful, easy stretches to do daily to release pain that can be done anywhere you are throughout the day. I highly recommend that everybody reads this!!
