Axel has had a thing for Ellie for half a decade it seems. He keeps himself away from her as he thinks he is no good.

Ellie is a great mechanic and knows her stuff from a young age. She wants Axel but she is coming to realize after being turned down for a while she has to move on.

The Body shop for the MC is burned down. They have to find a replacement for the time being to keep the company in the black. Axel allows the use of his personal body shop but only Ellie can come work with him not the other guys.

Things start to heart up between the two as they let their feelings show.

Watson takes over the Black Hearts as Ellie and Axel move to the new body shop he sees Watson drive by. This isn’t good.

Can Axel take care of Watson before he looses Ellie and a surprise which lands on his doorstep?

Another good read in the series. I am enjoying seeing a bit of Ryder and Dani from the first book and learning more about the characters. We get to meet Jamie, who is Jax’s cousin starting to work at the body shop. It’s a fun read. The pages just seem to turn on their own as you are engrossed in the characters.

A little better than the last one but still not good.

What I liked - Ellie. I like her a lot. I did already but the way she stepped in with Hanna was great. Axel wasn't too bad about that either. I continue to like the brotherhood and makeshift family.

What I didn't like - I didn't like that Axel slept around. Him settling down now doesn't make him a good guy. Anyone who was ever like that is not a great person. I can't stand Jax and do not look forward to his book. He's worse than Axel. He's absolutely disgusting, and his joking about oral sex on some random slut he was with is just nasty. Oral is too intimate for hookups and he's obviously a manwhore. Not cool, not sexy, not romantic.

Overall - Ellie is pretty good, Axel could be better, the MC is full of nasty manwhores that I'll never be able to take seriously, Hanna is a sweetheart, Jamie seems to be a nice addition and I hope she doesn't end up with a member of the club because they're horrible, editing could be better, and the manwhore/playboy/bad boy theme is old, tired, overdone, no not sexy, romantic, or erasable by eventually changing. It's time for a change from that. Get more creative or something. Gross.

Jeremiah Cooper[aka Axel] is one hunk of glorious brooding man that has his mechanic, Ellie, all hot and bothered.  Axel is the second in command to his president, Johnny, of the Lost Breed MC.  But there shop is destroyed deliberately by a rival gang, the Black Hearts that are being now lead by Watson Young who persuaded Axel into the wrong side of the law years ago and is a psycho. When Axel finds out who they are up against he is very troubled. Meanwhile, he's been keeping Ellie at a distance but warning all other men off her as he considered her to be HIS - which is exactly what she wants. Eventually the passion and heat between them explodes and they both know that nothing can ever be the same between them.  The night they both dressed up and he took her on a proper date was magical. But the  the next morning...well I'm not going to tell you what happens but it changes everything for Axel and really Ellie [don't worry it's all good].  This is book 2 of the Lost breed MC Series and it was great as a standalone.  The epilogue really just ended the book perfectly in my mind, Ali Parker really knows how to create a storyline that can 'speak' to her readers.  It is all so believable and yet unique.  The passion between Axel and Ellie is just right with the build up and jealousy but he makes sure to let her know that she has no need to be jealous which is so sweet.  I really LOVED this story and think it's Ali's best yet.  It's certainly my favourite of a selection of fantastic stories by her.  I'm really looking forward to book 3 and to see if we hear how this little family is progressing. I received a free reader's copy of this book and I voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here.

Axel is another dynamic book by Ali Parker. The second in the Lost Bree’s MC Series, Axel is nothing but a brooding and intense storyline that had me rooting for Axel and Ellie from the start.

Axel is best friends of the MC president, Johnny, and is a leader in the club. He’s always viewed Ellie from afar, thinking he wasn’t good enough for the beautiful mechanic. Ellie and Axel have wanted each other for a long time but Axel has always pushed her away, but he finally makes his move, deciding he’s done pushing her away and wants her in his life. Things are going well for the new couple until a rival from his past shows up threatening the club. Axel knows he has to fight for not only the club but for Ellie also. In the middle of the turmoil he gets the biggest shock of his life when he finds out he has a daughter and then her mother has died in an accident. Ellie steps in to help Axel and their relationship is stronger than ever. Now Axel is determined to out an end to the rival, to save the MC, to keep Ellie and Hanna safe, and to have the future he always dreamed of but didn’t think he deserved.

Dynamic, brooding and intense...exactly what I’ve come to expect from Ali Parker! I accepted an ARC of Axel for my review.

Holy Hotness! Ali & Weston Parker deliver on the second book of the “Lost Breed MC” series. To avoid spoilers, I would highly recommend you start with book one. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed. Like the first book, once I started reading, I couldn’t stop. If you’re looking for an awesome MC romance, this is right up your alley.

Axel is the second book in The Lost Breed Series and is a part of The Lost Breed MC Box Set (Books #1 - 10). I binged this series back-to-back and found a dark MC romance series with all the ingredients needed to make for engrossing reading. Everything from action, violence, revenge, intrigue, drama, danger, tension, bad boys, high stakes, emotion, chemistry, steam, suspense, challenges, angst, family dynamic/drama, sweet and tender scenes, vulnerability, passion, band of brothers, sinister foes, agendas, secrets, and more. And with all the tropes that we know and love like opposites attract, second chances, protective Alpha-type males, damsels in distress, chosen family, ride-or-die, finding love unexpectedly, single parent, risking it all for love, redemption, eye for an eye, romantic suspense, and good girl/bad boy ---- just to name a few.
This was such a great introduction to the author’s work, and even though this is my first time between her covers, it certainly won’t be the last.
If you love MC romance and all the sexy, intriguing, suspenseful details that come with a band of bad boy finding their ‘one’- then this is definitely the books/series for you.

This is book 2 in The Last Breed MC series but can be read as a stand alone. I recommend reading book one first because this holds a few spoilers for that book otherwise, and just in general reads better. Book two starts up right where book one left off. In book one you meet Axel and Ellie, who is the focus in this book. Axel runs the garage that the MC uses and Ellie works for him as a mechanic. Yeah, not the typical job for a girl, as she'll say herself. Sparks fly in the shop, and it's more than the ones from working on the cars, and when the heat between Axel and Ellie becomes too high they give in to their feelings. But as soon as they give in, Axel gets a HUGE surprise, then a blast from the past threatens everything he holds dear. Taking care of that is not an easy task. There is some serious heat in this book. I mean serious. Axel and Ellie are combustible together. There's actions. Ali Parker wrote another good. Her MC books are absolute amazing, and I hope she kept this series going. This is one I highly recommend. I received this as an arc for an honest review and this is me honest.

I have such a soft spot for these guys!

The second book in The Lost Breed MC series, Axel finds himself mixed up in all sorts of heart rate increasing situations!
Dealing with the weight of the world on his shoulders, he decides to take on Watson from The Blackest Heart MC on his own due to his past. Ellie, as the grease monkey extraordinaire and honorary sister to the MC, she should be off-limits to him, but the pull between the duo is becoming too much to ignore.
When push comes to shove Ellie will be the one on the other side of the darkness helping him deal with the past present and future, if he can fight his way out of the mess he's in..

Woo! What a turbulent heart squeeze that was! Gritty, but not so much I wanted to grimace and look away, this lost in their worlds romance of epic swoon-worthy proportions, kept my eyes glued to the pages needing to follow closely along on the journey's of Axel and Ellie would take together and apart!
If you're looking for a hot n steam filled, throwing caution to the wind, protector alpha male MC romance I would suggest picking up this one!

i read this book as part of an arc program. I loved this book! I loved Axel and Ellie. They were great together, I loved how Axel decided he didn't want to fight his feelings anymore. Axel was part of a MC and ran a garage where Ellie worked with him as a mechanic. When a rival MC burned their garage down, Axel makes arrangements to finish some important jobs in his private garage at his home, and brings Ellie to work with him. Ellie has always been attracted to Axel, but she thinks he thinks of her as a little sister and is not interested in her. When Axel finally makes a move, Ellie thinks it will only be the one night and he will want to move on. Only Axel wants more. When the rival MC gets a new president, a dangerous man from Axel's past, the danger comes quickly to Axel and everyone he cares about, including a surprise he never knew he wanted. This book has everything, drama, hot steamy scenes and a whole group of strong alpha males. I really enjoyed this story and look forward to reading more of the Lost Breed MC. Awesome!

Ali is an excellent writer and she has proven it once again with this fascinating MC romance. The story involves Ellie who is a mechanic for the Lost Breed MC and Axel the vice-president of the MC. Ellie has always felt at home with the club and is captivated by Axel. Axel is also attracted to Ellie but is reluctant to start any relationship because of the danger inherent in MC life. Axel finally gives in to his desires and they begin a relationship. After the MC's garage (their source of income) is destroyed in a fire set by the Black Hearts, Axel and Johnny retaliate by attacking members of the rival club. A war is brewing between the two clubs and now the Black Hearts have a new evil president. This well-written, emotional, and intriguing story has a wonderful mix of suspense, mystery, passion, surprises and romance that lead to a great HEA. One-click for an outstanding reading experience.

He has a thing for the female mechanic at his shop, Ellie, but doesn’t want to go there and ruin the friendship. Threats from another MC cause Axel to risk everything to save his club.
>Ellie is a unique character. She is a tomboy, but still female. She gives her all to Axel and makes their relationship work. A wrench in the works, in the form of a secret baby, really doesn’t throw Ellie off all that much. I would have liked more scenes of Axel and Hanna interacting. Their scenes together were super sweet.
> This book is appropriate for an adult audience. I am giving this book 4 stars. The threat was taken care of too quickly. I also thought Ellie didn’t ask enough about Hanna’s mother to be realistic.

If you are a fan of MC's this might just be the book for you. As for me, it ticked every box - engaging, sexy, plenty of intrigue and danger, totally unsuspected situations, some bad blood between clubs along with some of the nicest people you could come in contact with...and surprises galore. I loved it - every word, every character, everything!

It's clear Ali Parker knows her way around a good MC club story and she has outdone herself with "Axel" the second installment in this series. Do yourself a favor and get this one - it will hold you captive and give you a view into the "club life."

I received a reader copy and am pleased to say this was a totally enjoyable full length novel and I have no problem recommending it to other readers who want a peak into the lives and trials of some MC members. Pretty sure you will not be disappointed ; )

Absolutely loved Axel! The perfect amount of heat, passion, MC danger, excitement and lust!

There are two amazing stories running through this book. Axel, the Biker with a past and when that past catches up with him. Axel the Biker with a passion for his co-worker Ellie. Just when he finally feels he can turn up the heat with Ellie and finally give into his desires, the past rears its ugly head. This time Axel has so much more than just himself to protect.

Amazing characters. Great plot lines. Beautifully written. Ali Parker writes a romance, as if Cupid himself guides her hands as she types. The love, emotion and lust are just wonderful. The cleverly crafted build up of tension before Axel and Ellie finally give in to their feelings is perfectly done.

Great job! Can’t wait to read more.

Really enjoyed this book. Axel is sinfully sexy and Ellie is strong and sassy and together they are amazing! The threat to the Lost Breed MC is real and dangerous and Axel knows from his past experience that it’s not going to be easy to resolve the issues. He’s tried for years to keep Ellie at a disctance more to keep her safe than anything else. Whilst having to work a lot more closely, just the two of them together, can he maintain the distance he’s kept? If he lets Ellie into his life now is he putting her in more danger than he ever could have before and when a surprise from his past literally lands on her s doorstep will that bring everything crashing around them anyway? And in the end would Axel live long enough to find the answers? I was hooked until the end, because I needed to know the answers to all these questions.

I fell in love with the members of The Lost Breed when we first met them in Ryder. I knew they were special when they were able to get a dedicated officer like Dani on their side, and Axel’s book just cements my opinion. As we learn more about them, I love them even more. Ellie’s a tomboy through and through. I love that she can hold her own with the guys and that she understands the importance of being “girly” when the time calls for it. Axel might be the dictionary definition of a bad boy, but under that tatted, muscled exterior is the heart of a gentleman. I’ve heard it said that every girl’s fantasy is a bad boy who’s also a good man, and in Axel’s case they’re right. I can’t wait to read more about the members of The Lost Breed.

THIS IS TOTALLY OFF THE WALL HOT!!!
One page turner, fast paced, easy to follow, ass kicking in the mix with twists and turns that keep you captivated from the first chapter to the very last word. Nothing is held back. This is one read with adventure that keeps you frozen to your seat, biting nails and eyes totally focused on the pages. This is one thrilling rollercoaster ride with raw emotions thrown in and hearts and lives on the line. Every steamy, hot as the sun and completely explosive between the two main characters. You read their feelings for each other as if your there. Ali really out herself to the test to bring this alive and so realistic you can't out it down. Way to go Ali. Remarkable job.

Who doesn't enjoy a good MC series....I know, I do. The Lost Breed MC series is suspenseful, sexy, emotional, dangerous and so much more. I really enjoyed Ryder which is book 1 in the series so when I saw book 2 I was hoping that is was going to be just as good. Well, I can honestly say that it is just as good as the first book. Ellie and Axel are perfect for each other and I am so very glad that they gave into their attraction for each other to find happiness. I truly didn't expect that curve ball of a daughter for Axel but I feel it gave the story a bit more depth and brought out a genuine loving side of him. I would most definitely recommend this series. I cannot wait to see what comes next in the series.

Axel by Ali Parker is another great book and a good addition to this series. It was one terrific book with a whole lot of twist and turns and definitely one fabulous ride. The characters are an Alpha male who knows exactly what he wants and he wants the beautiful girl who he has worked together with for a while. She's a mechanic that has worked in his garage and has always wanted him. These two have an undeniable attraction to one another. Will this lead to anything or will circumstances be a hurdle for them? This was a good book with some really tough characters. I highly recommend this great book, a must read.

Axel went after his lust for Ellie even though the Black Hearts were after his MC - giving into to those feelings were like nothing he could of imagined. Then he was flipped on his butt when he finds out he has a 3 year old daughter from another relationship that didn't last. Now he is a single father will Ellie stand by him or leave he will leave? He has to deal with someone from his past someone threating his MC Watson who he walked away from once what will happen? It's such a great book you can't put it down. I read it all the way through. Ali Parker has such a way with weaving a story.

Ali Parker delivers another captivating 5 star book. This is the second book in the Lost Breed MC series and you won't be disappointed.
Axel is the second in command of the Lost Breed MC and he's a deliciously head strong man who workers to rebuild his shop after a fire. He works with Ellie who is a strong woman who lust after Axel. The dynamic between these two is captivating and when they finally come together it's off the charts.
Of course there are twists and turns and between Axel's past and a secret he never knew, the love Ellie has for him is inspiring. And the epilogue was a great ending to this incredible story.

Revved my engine and emotions

Ellie, the only female mechanic working for the Lost Breed MC, would love to become a true part of the club. Axel, the VP of the club, has been fighting to keep Ellie out of danger and denying his attraction to her. As the story progresses the reader learns more about this hardcore MC with hearts of gold and some of the paths that have led to where they are now. With heartbreaking revelations, down and dirty actions to protect the club, and realizing that a family is possible Axel is a stunning addition to an already riveting series.

I just loved Axel and Ellie in the Lost Breed MC series, they are a match made in the mechanic shop. I love reading about MC clubs and their members. Both Johnny and Axel bring excitement to this story when they take action against the Black Knights club for destroying their mechanic shop. Things turn for the better and worst when Axel finds out he has a daughter. Axel realizes that he must keep the MC club safe as well as his daughter and Ellie. I must say that Ali Parker once again has charged to the forefront in this Lost Breed MC series. Absolutely marvelous!!!

I didn't like that he was attracted to Ellie but fought it so hard. He was with other ladies even referencing it in the first book. I'd rather take a risk than screw others while thinking of another. In this particular book he was not with other ladies. Ellie was his only thought. He gets a surprise but with Ellie's help things all work out. Since Ellie had been working there for years Hanna came during his attraction to Ellie. My complaint especially if this is true is with Hanna. I would hope in the real world they do blood test before dropping her off to a virtual stranger. Any name can be put as the father on the birth certificate.

This was a really enjoyable suspenseful story! I thoroughly enjoyed the well written story and the characters in this second book in the "Lost Breed MC' series. This story is about Axel and Ellie, which you get an introduction to in "Ryder". I love these two together! They are a perfect combination and definitely have some chemistry and shared passion. I enjoyed the story and liked seeing a softer side to some of the guys. The book is intense and full of action. Overall it's a great read!!!! This is definitely a stand alone book but you may get more out of the series if you read them in order.

Axel ( The Lost Breed MC Book 2) Great love story

Axel and Ellie are not strangers. They were introduced in Ryder's story. They both work as mechanics in their MC club. Axel is the boss and everyone else answers to him. They got closer when their shop was burned down by a rival MC club after their leader was killed. Their relationship grows and ry so does his family, when he finds out he has a three year old baby girl named Hana, who falls in love with his girlfriend Ellie. See how the story unfolds. As usual Ali and Westonww Parker know how to write a romantic story and throw in the drama. Recommend this series and of course this story.

Book 2 was so so good. I love how you brought up the fact that friendships are what keeps us true to who we are and that if we didn't have that in life it would be a madhouse. In this one we see two people who fight all the urges to be together but in the end finally come together. Then you add into the mix a beautiful little girl who now has to figure out life without someone. It made it so special.  This series keeps getting better and better. This is another wonderful book in the Lost Breed MC series, Axel is the second book and can be read as a standalone story.

Axel and his MC are having some trouble with a rival club and when a new president for that club comes after him, he is worried, especially after starting a relationship with the woman,Ellie, he has yearned for, for years and that he has a young daughter he just met.

Loved this story, great bad boy with a heart of gold. Wonderful storyline, intriguing and sweet. Characters are well developed and really likable.
