Wishful Thinking picks up exactly where the previous book left off and I’m happy, yes I know I’m weird, to say that it wasn’t easy peasy lemon squeezy for the guys to save Syn. Syn went through some torture (trigger warning) that was realistic. She didn’t get the easy way out and neither did the guys.
Everyone had to own up to their part in the whole mess that led to Syn being captured. Syn suffered a lot and it was a process for her to overcome her pain. I appreciated that her PTSD was handled

May 31st 2019. That is when the third book comes out. What the hell??

I don't know how to feel. I'm excited, angry, sad, and many more emotions. That ending... Why? Why did it end there? Damn cliffhangers.

Some questions were answered but some other questions popped up too. The guys were just as cute in this as in the first one even at times I wanted to hit them. There is so much I want to talk about but it would be spoiling the entire book and I don't want to do that. Ugh!!!

Wooaw this book was so worth the waiting, it was a rollercoaster and i had to stop reading at some parts iof the book cuz of how intense and emotionall it was. I had to pick up something else between this book. I got just annoyed and confused sometimes by the guys behaviour but i understand them.
And Omg i om so pissed at that old hag/lady (the guys granny) she's so stuck up and i just want to lash back when she attacks Arsyn with her words n stuff

And that dude Ren, Ugh he's soo stupid that mothe

Arsyn Henley has just found out that she is the Conduit to the first Quad Jinn, Killian, Elijah, Zachary, and Talan in hundreds of years. However, her Quad didn't tell her, they kept it a secret from her. The shock, hurt, betrayal, and anger she felt towards her Jinn caused her to make a terrible mistake. One she may pay for with her life. Her Jinn must do everything in their power to find their girl before Darkness has its way with her.

Wishful Thinking is a sequel I have looked forward to sinc

Book two in this thrilling trilogy and the excitement is growing. We get to know Arsyn better and to see her bonds and feelings grow with her jinn quad. With danger and problems coming from more than one direction, it is a wonder Arsyn does not break

Beautifully written, it gave me a major case of the feels. It had me glued to the page and pulled me in with every word I read. It is a great storyline, it is gripping and my heart was in my mouth for our heroine at times, and with twists and turns

I love Arsyn and all of her Jinn. I love that in this book their love and just relationships in general are growing stronger. I have a feeling they are going to need it for book 3. I am excited to know what will happen in book 3 and will be sorry to see this great series end. I can't wait for the Melding and I really hope babies come next. Maybe the authors will either let us know she is pregnant in the next book book or hint at it in the end. I don't have any complaints about this series and lo ...more

Further down the rabbit hole...

Arsyn had her eyes opened. Learning she was a Conduit, a being made to channel Jinn magic, was a game changer. Her heart breaking discovery that the guys lied by omission sent her running. While trying not to overwhelm her that omission left her vulnerable. Ren managed to snag her and start the plans he had waiting for that moment. Darkness has been creeping back in to the Jinn population but will the capture of the 1st Conduit to be paired with Quad-Jinn since the

After waiting what seemed like a lifetime for this book (I have the patience of a 2 year and wanted book 2 the minute I finished book 1), I finally got my greedy, little hands on it. One thing about waiting for a book is that you start to wonder if book 2 is going to be worth the wait, is it going to be as good as the first one, etc. because you have the time to start questioning these things. Well I can now say with absolute certainty that this book is worth the wait, and is a fantastic continu ...more

I had been dying to get my hooks into the second book in The Conduit series and I can tell you now I was not disappointed! This book, like it's predecessor Make Me A Wish, was beautifully written and well edited. The story picks up right where MMAW left off and your thrown right into the action from the first.

Syn goes through an awful lot of terrible abuse both mentally, physically and emotionally in this book so fair warning, but it is well written and her journey with her quad Jinn through he

Book 2 in the conduit trilogy series.

Wow this book is great. It picks up from where book one ends. I was amazed with how much raw emotion it has and how beautifully written it is. It has a rollercoaster of emotion hitting you straight in the feels from the very first chapter and only gets more so the further along it goes. Arsyn, the main character is remarkable and strong. She goes through so much abuse both mentally and physically from her past to present. Even though she struggles she still m

Wishful Thinking picks up right where Make Me A Wish left us. Arsyn is missing and the guys are distraught that not only did she leave them but that she’s now also been taken. Self blame ensues. Meanwhile, Arsyn is blaming herself while simultaneously being tortured. Cue the next 20 chapters full of anguish and self blame by all the main characters. But this second instalment hooks you right in, the heartache and emotions are so achingly heartfelt that you just can’t put it down. Ladnier and Max ...more

So this book picks up from the ending of the last book Make Me a Wish where Arsyn gets kidnapped after fleeing from her Jinn after finding out they have been keeping a big secret from her. She is their conduit. There is a good bit that happens in this book including the relationship between Syn and her Jinn progresses and there are a couple of sexy time scenes! YAY!!! It is a little rocky at first when Syn is reunited with her Jinn Talen, Killian, Elijah and Zachary A few of the guys feel guilty ...more

This book picks up RIGHT where the last book left off. Arsyn, our resident four-Jinn Conduit has been kidnapped.

This book covers a LOT of action, both "world" action and "relationship" action.
The reader learns so much in this book as Arsyn does. We get to learn much more about what being Jinn means, what being the archivist means, a brief glimpse into her past thru the help of Zeno, and a glimpse into Jinn politics (warning: there's a cranky future grandmother-in-law that's just as manipulative

What a fabulous sequel!! I could not put this book down for the life of me. Cannot wait to purchase this in paperback, will look amazing on my bookshelf! We have to see Syn kinda fall apart after finding out the brothers kept important info from her and see her put the pieces back together with the guys with the help of some amazing side characters. I didn't think I was going to laugh so much reading this book. After the beginning (which was amazing and pretty serious/intense), it was a great ch ...more

Ok, I have been waiting for this second book to come out and boy did it not disappoint. This book just started with a bang and kept on going till the end. Syn was an awesome MC and so freaking brave. What she has gone through in life and added what she goes through in this book shows how strong she is. She also, Thankfully has her men there to support her as well and though they can be a bit silly and stupid like any significant other, these guys would give their life for her. Also add in an ama ...more

I could not wait for this book to come out, and let me tell you I was not disappointed. This book kept me on my toes and made me so happy, and now of course I cannot wait until the third book comes out. However, I will be slightly upset as the next book should also be the final book. I always love the interaction between characters and that we get multiple points of view. I also love that we learn more about syns past and what the future is going to hold for all of our favorite characters. You w ...more

The poor guys are still distressed after their fight with Syn but discovering she's been taken throws them into a whole new turmoil. Bless Syn, he poor poor soul. She goes through some serious stuff in this book. It's not an easy read to make it through. It's a very emotional journey. The beauty of this book is it starts right where book 1 finished and we have Syn being abducted and there are some confronting and emotional scenes during this! The guys figure out that their enemy has Syn and do anything to get her back! It is great to see the romance coming along more but I swear at times I really want to slap the guys to wake them up! And then of course we meet the guys grandmother...what a piece of work she is!! Now that is someone I really want to slap! This book really get ...more

Ahhhhh I was a huge pile of emotional mush through this whole book. I want to jump in there and love Arsyn too! ...maybe borrow her sexy jinn for a bit too ;) Seriously though I got so attached to Arsyn in the first book I didn't think I could possibly be more emotionally invested than I already was and this second book just blew it out of the water. What a great follow up to Make Me A Wish!

Syn loves that these 4 Jinn are hers. She loves them each in their own way, but unsure of how to take it to the next step. Meanwhile, she's having nightmares that are starting to seem just.. far too real. And evil is still hiding in the shadows waiting for the right time.

This was such an amazing read. This one had much more emotion in it and made you tear up with happy tears at times. I can't wait to see what's next for this snarky and fun Conduit and her

Lovely next step

I am blown away by the amount of growth in the writing from last year to this next installment. The character development and story structure was just as great as the last book, but the flow and quality of the writing was phenomenal.

I really enjoyed getting to know more about the Jinn, and especially more about being the Archivest. Sun and her Jinn men take steps to get to know one another and deepen their connection.

I'm sad that I have to wait another year for book 3, but it wi

Wishful Thinking is an amazing second part to The Conduit Trilogy. I didn't think I could love Arsyn any more but after what she goes through in this book I do. She is so amazingly strong. This book is an emotional rosllercoster and is beautifully and amotional written. There were times I had to set the book down and just take a breather. In this book you get to see her grow and learn and see her relationship with each of her jinn grow. Even though sometimes I want to slap the crap out of some o ...more

Wishful thinking is the second book in the Conduit Trilogy. This book was a great continuous from the first book. It’s a long book so make sure you give yourself time to read it, because you won’t want to put it down. We get the lot in this book, it’s heart breaking, nail biting, exciting and hot all in one. I’m not sure how I will wait a year for the final and if I will want it to end but excited to see what will happen.

Oh my goodness y'all! This book is so worth the read! You will experience a rollercoaster of emotions. Poor Syn has been through so much due to one silly mistake. She has to deal with being tortured and PTSD... and that's before she has to meet the guy's uptight grandmother who happens to be the head of a Jinn counsel. I really feel for Syn and her guys in this story. Definitely worth the read though!

Oh my

The turmoil, the heart break, the love and bonds that form between conduit and jinn. I was super excited the Kill was Syn’s first. Killian is by far my favorite. So much happens in this second story that omg I don’t know where to start. I don’t want to give anything away since this book was incredible. Draak is back and up to no good. Luckily Syn and the guys have come a long way since she ran from them. This pulls on the heart strings and gave me all the feels 😍

Great follow up to Make Me a Wish! The hits never seem to stop coming for poor Arsyn and her hot Jinn foursome. I like the growth they go through as individuals and as a family unit, I was glad to see them work things out and get it together to be stronger because they are going to need that strength to defeat what is coming for them. The ending, of course, leaves you wanting more as all great books do. An Imaginative and unique story, fairly well edited with a HFN ending.

This book picks up immediately where the last one leaves off, and oh my gosh it just about guts you!! The story telling by these two authors are absolutely amazing. There is so much that happens in the second book and I love that it didn't fly by too quickly. It was honestly a perfect second book! The perfect combination of excitement and relationships that I love and look forward to between these two authors. If you're looking for a new series to read pick this one up
