This is one of the better guides for Emotional Intelligence. After briefly introducing the concept, the authors break down several scenarios common to the workplace, showing how to apply emotional intelligence in them. I found this to be one of the most practical and useful leadership/management manuals and highly recommend it to those who are in leadership positions.
