Oh, My My. This was a read which sometimes could be the sweetest...and then a bit confusing as to what direction it was going in. From the start, there was the good guy... a man who was loved by his family. He came from a solid background, had "salt of the Earth" parents and because of his dedication, smarts and savvy, created an extremely successful business with his two college buddies.

Each fella had their expertise and they assisted women in finding th

With a nod to her Calendar Girl series, Audrey Carlan kicks off her new series introducing us to "Dream Maker" Parker Ellis, and the dynamic trio at International Guy. Parker, Royce and Bogart promise to love, honor...err, no. These three are professional ladies men and their charter " No request is too demanding or too strange. As long as it’s not illegal . . . we’re in." leaves a lot of room for all sorts of mayhem. It's a wide open world and Internal Guys must travel.

I love this author’s stories. The Trinity and Lotus House series are some of my all-time favourites. The characters, their situations, the steam and witty dialogue – all came together to make memorable stories. That easy writing style and effortless character development was found in abundance in these first reads of the International Guy series. This series revolves around three handsome, charismatic friends who cater to the requests of the world’s elite. The p

I received an ARC through the publisher on NetGalley for an unbiased and honest opinion.

I'm gonna be totally honest here, and I really hate to do so. Let's begin by saying that I love Audrey Carlan. Her "Lotus House" series is one of my favorites and will always be. The "Calendar Girl" series, somewhat of a similar premise to "International Guy," was also a favorite and I couldn't read them fast enough.
However...International Guy just...didn't do it for me as much. I wanted to love it, I reall

WOW!! I. LOVE. INTERNATIONAL. GUY! The author is starting this series out with a BANG! All of the first three installments all excellent reads! I was hanging on every word, and totally hooked on every single character! Each book had a uniquely different plot but was able to still link itself together. Parker, Bo, and Royce are seriously the perfect trio! I won't lie and say I haven't already picked my favor

International Guy Volume 1: Paris, New York, Copenhagen is an EPIC start to a serial that combines realistic emotions and needs with extraordinary situations, and naturally, it comes from the wicked talented Audrey Carlan.

Parker Ellis…fits his title of Dream Maker, and it’s not just because of his prowess in the bedroom. He truly sees what a woman needs, and in these cases, his female clients. It’s as if he knows the women better than they do. They all come out of the experience with enlightened

While I've heard fantastic things about Ms. Carlan's books I hadn't read one. I must say I am impressed by her writing and ability to draw a reader into her world.

While I really enjoyed this story I didn't fall in love with it. There was no particular thing, I just didn't connect to the story. The writing was great and set in the romance capital of the world which was fantastic. Since I didn't know anything about the series I felt a little punched in the gut when there wasn't a tradition

International Guy is a company that specializes in helping people with unique problems, problems that are out of the norm. This book has the three novellas and I really enjoyed it a lot. These guys that are part of this company are best friends, more like family than friends. They love women and each one of them specialize in different aspects. For instance, one is Dream Maker, one is Lovemaker and last is Moneymaker. They know how to work together and give the client what they need, or what the ...more

The Queen of serials does it again with Volume 1: the first 3-parter about a team of hot swoony men for hire to serve as “life coaches” of sorts to some high profile women.

Parker Ellis and his two best friends, Bo and Royce, run International Guy, Inc. They are consultants to some of the most beautiful and successful women in the world, because even the most successful and beautiful women on the outside, struggle with self-doubt and confidence issues.

International Guy is a series of 12 novellas featuring Parker Ellis, Bogart Montgomery (Bo), and Royce Sterling (Roy). Volume One features Paris, New York and Copenhagen. I was curious as to whether or not International Guy would be the male version of Audrey Carlan’s Calendar Girl. At first glance, this series is very different from that series. The stories also go in many directions. Just when I think I know where the story is headed, it takes a sharp left turn…

Parker Ellis is sexy, confident, charming, and knows women. He's turned his understanding and love of women into a business with his two best friends as they empower women to be their best selves which each focusing on a different specialty. The men behind International Guy are as close as brothers and very much enjoy giving each other a hard time. International Guy was so much more than I ever expected and I loved every single moment of it.

Paris, New York and Copenhagen have all been fun to read.

Parker is a handsome man and he knows it. He appreciates all types of women..small, big, tall, short it doesn’t matter every woman is special to him and he wants them to see just how

God, I love this series...International Guy Volume 1 - is not only a steaming hot read but also somewhat of an untraditional story or better said intertwined stories...
I was hooked from the very beginning.

The writing is very colorful, you’ll never be bored.
Audrey Carlan did an exceptional job writing all of these characters. You can´t help but fall in love with them. The stories are absolutely entertaining.

International Guy is my first read by Audrey Carlan. These serials are interconnected while having different story lines per city. They are super fun, fast, and sexy reads. By reconnecting their client with their inner goddess, empowering them to look their best and assisting with their business financials, these gentlemen pay special attention to leave these clients ready to conquer the wo ...more

International Guy by Audrey Carlan takes us on an epic journey to Paris, New York, and Copenhagen. Volume 1 resolves around three best friends Parker, Bogart, and Royce who have founded a company that helps women better themselves. For the first story: Paris, Sophie has inherited her fathers empire and she would rather design perfumes and not worry about the business side of things. And that is where the three friends come in. They help her make her feel sexy, and among other things.

I really enjoyed Audrey's Calendar Girl series even though at towards the end it trailed off from what I first loved about it. I still liked reading it and having her end up with who I wanted her too. I was hoping that International Guy would have a similar theme to it. In some ways it was but in others it missed the mark for me.

When we first meet Parker, Bogart, and Royce I immediately liked them. After a few incidents in book one I was not as impressed. They all have their area they help the

As a long-time fan of Audrey Carlan’s work, I have read most of her available library and enjoyed the majority of the stories within; although I must admit to not really being a fan of serial series. That said, I was totally addicted to the Calendar Girl 12 part serial, and except for one or two instalments, I was thoroughly hooked!

I did have some reservations about this new serial, especially when the lead characters were single men. Naturally enough, I assumed they were probably going to be a

I am ashamed to admit that, although i have heard of this author, I have never actually read any of her books, so when i saw this available on Netgalley, i knew i had to pop my Audrey Carlan cherry ;)
This volume contains the first three novellas in the INTERNATIONAL GUY series. Parker Ellis, is the owner of International Guy INC, and he loves women. ALL women. In these books we see him going off to diffferent cities, meeting different (female) clients (and usually falling into bed with them)

Parker loved all women. Making them feel confident about themselves was an absolute thing of beauty. Standing by their side while they found themselves was completely empowering. It was his one defining grace and he worked hard with his best friends to build up his company. He works hard and meets the needs of everyone of his clients. He would change lives and he may finally find the one he had been looking for all along. Absolute love the start of this new series! Audrey Carlan draws her reader ...more

I had to stop in the middle of New York as I was starting to lose interest in the story. I don’t think I was in the frame of mind needed to appreciate the slow pace of this story. I’m not feeling any connection to the characters nor their connection to each other in either parts of the stories that make up Volume One.

I will resume at a later time and give it another try.

Audrey Carlan is one of my favourite authors, I have read and loved every one of her books and so I was very excited to start International Guy and to receive the first 3 instalments in volume 1 was a bonus.

Beautiful cities, luxury galore, hot men, female empowerment and steamy times. This is the life!

I cannot express how excited I've been the whole time since I found out that the author of Calendar Girl had concocted an original story that reminisced of that wonderful novel. I loved the 12 novellas about a woman and her quest for love and self-improvement. Paris: I loved every chapter of this book in the beginning and I loved parker, bo and royce, they are hot like hell but the one who got me straight was Bo. I loved every moment that parker and sophie were together had a great time with them. the way sophie evolved was too much, the way she stepped into her business. I felt that time passed so quickly and I wanted to read much more of this story. and I cheered too much for parker and sophie.

When you start reading a story that has not one, not two but three Hot, successful men in it, what do you think?? Heaven maybe?? Lol.
