Well introduced.
Great plot.
Characters are developing nicely.

Was a little terrified to read this one even though I was curious, because I scare easily. Thankfully it wasn't much of a horror tale but rather a mystery.
I liked the characters and enjoyed how they turned out in the end. The whole history behind the organization is not as indepth as I was hoping to catch on but I think since there are more books in this series, it'll get more elaborate in the next installments.

I’m new to this author and I must say wow what a book, I’m not going to give any spoilers because I know I will get carried away with myself, yes people it’s that’s how good this story is. Read Krista’s blurb that will give you what you need to know about this book. Well maybe a little spoiler lol, Kara and her exe’s Logan and Jeremy all end up at the Averoigne hotel to solve a 100 year old mystery. It was a fantastic read and I really enjoyed it, there’s plenty in this book to keep you turning

Krista Wolf describes herself as "a lover of fantasy, action, and all things paranormal...as well as a hopeless romantic with an unmistakably steamy, dirtier side" and that also perfectly describes this book!
Great plot, mystery and history of the hotel and also of Kara's relationships with her 2 exes that she had been partnered with in this assignment to investigate this crazy old hotel.

I have to say I really enjoyed this book. A solid 4 our 5 stars. It's really good, and has all my favorite things a strong kickass female lead, two hot headed protective (if a little bull headed) males, and ghosts. There are some quite steamy sexy tid bits so if that's not your thing you are forewarned this may not be for you. Had me a little spooked
3.5 stars because it actually had me a little spooked. I'm a horror fanatic and walked in not expecting it to have a thin layer of creepy suspense there. I knocked off 1.5 stars because the sex scenes were nothing to run home about, I skimmed through some of them. The mfm scene left a lot to be desired. The author made Jeremy out to be a "good guy" so the mfm scene through me off. I feel like he would never be the type to have participated in it. Even him using vulgar lang ...more

So this was a free ARC copy for my voluntary honest review, so here it is ,it was a good romance for second changes and trying to figure out why a hotal is haunted and help.Kara has to work with to ex boyfriend's and have hot steamy sex with them both and realizes she love's both but one as a friend only.So if you like a romance with a good storyline, plus great characters and hot steamy sex, then you should read this book.

A very good story that kept my interest from the first to the last page, this is the first book in the series Chronicles of the Hallowed Order. I loved eveything about this book - the characters, the settings and the storyline. It was intruiging, with a compelling mystery to be solved with some steamy scenes to add to the situation.

They work from a paranormal agency and each has specific talents. It had a gothic feel, set in an old hotel, with all sorts of spooky clues and 2 former lovers and the h. The attraction is still there and they have to solve the mystery of the hotel. It was good except that I didn't like the h much, and

Outstanding, well written, thrilling, fabulous. I wish it could be given a ten. The characters are alive. I stayed up late an do not regret. One of 💘 the best stories I have read in some time. More than just menage
This book is promoted as a manage romance when in reality it's so much more. Well written, with a strong storyline and relatable characters, the romance scenes are almost incidental, adding to the story rather than defining it. I've already ordered the next in series.

A bit scary
I wasn’t sure what to expect from this. I read the first few chapters as a teaser at the end of another of her books. It turned out pretty good. Well worth the read. This is a stand alone even though there are more books in the series. They are each stand alone so you can read them while you’re waiting for your other series to be released.

Great story line and characters. The story is fun, exciting, suspenseful and so much more. Loved the interaction between these characters and the ghosts and such. I was given a review copy by booksprout and voluntarily review it.
This is a really great story and I enjoyed it from beginning to end. You have a really intriguing love triangle and a mystery to solve. It is very well written and I highly recommend the book.

This was a really great read
I would definitely recommend this story to everyone who believes that true love lasts no matter the obstacles. The ghost hunting was like a game of hide and seek with the artifacts they had to find. Great ups and downs!!!

Not what I was expecting at all. The mystery of the hotel was so much more in depth, pleasantly so. I got caught up in the unraveling which took a backseat to the romance, which was fine

This is not my usual genre, however, the great character and storyline development kept my interest from the very first page until the turn of the very last page!
