Jack the Wolf

Rate this book
I'ts Jack's first day at a new school and he's none too thrilled about it. Fortunately, things seem a whole lot better after his stellar performance as the wolf opposite a gloriously timid Little Red Riding Hood. Talented newcomer Yvonne Jagtenberg's exuberant crayon drawings perfectly capture the joys and agonies of life in a kindergarten classroom.

An interesting story of Jack and his first day of school. It takes Jack some time to warm up to his eclectic conglomeration of classmates, but finally gains some confidence when he gets to wear the wolf mask as the class acts out the story of Little Red Riding Hood.

Interesting illustrations that appear to be done in crayon and pen.
