This is the companion book to David Field's "Projects in Wood". I searched around for this book for years. I eventually sourced a copy in America. This American edition was published by Putnam in 1980. I like the book. It may be over 30 years old but if you're a bit handy and you follow the instructions you'll be able to make something out of wood (probably).

Good stuff, gives the usages of a lot of tools, joints, etc. For the actual techniques it's easier these days to watch a youtube video.
