OH EM EFFING FLYNN
Wow. I just flipped the last page back and forth furiously because I did not want this story to end and I CANNOT WAIT to start Steel. This PNR has everything, not just amazing writing, but intrigue, steamy scenes, and characters you cherish and crave to learn more about. This will be one of my top reads of 2019 because it is so amazing. You will not regret giving this series a chance cause OMG IT IS SO FREAKING GOOD! Go start! RIGHT NOW! OR I’ll put a curse on you ;)

the author:- Ms Addicott is one of my favourite PNR authors and always a one-click for me
the story:- Where do I start? Flynn is a banging hot fallen angel who's been cursed by a harpie named Venys. The story starts with Autumn after a one night stand with a random guy whose name she can't remember at first. The opening line "whiskey soaked regret" hooked me in and I didn't put it down until the final page.
The sexual tension between Flynn and Autumn is HOT HOT HOT, they want each other but Autumn's looking for a permanent BF while Flynn is controlled by his curse. I LOVE ROMAN'S character, he's a bad guy but he also has a heart he's trying to hide for his own safety and it's obvious he's got some history with Autumn and I feel like there's more to him than we're seeing in this book. In fact, I loved all the secondary characters except Corbin and the Commander who are total assholes and should be killed off asap.
the book:- Ms Addicott always writes from multiple POV's and this was no different. I thoroughly enjoyed reading Roman's POV and getting the inside information on Fray who are the bad guys. From the first page to the last I was drawn into the world fo the Fallen Angels and wanted to know everything about everyone.
the downside:- I would have liked Autumn's boss to have been through more pain and torture, I think he got out of what he did to Autumn and Charlotte way too easy. I wanted him to suffer.
Now waiting with bated breath for book 2!

Can someone who carries the curse of Lust & Promiscuity find love? And if so can they keep faithful?
This series promises us lots of hidden agenda's filled with twisted plots, debauchery, romance, and sacrifice
Depraved bad guys that are quite possibly good guys and vice versa
Angels with their own agendas and a sprinkling of a few other well-loved mythical troublemakers just make for more intrigue
I really enjoyed the spin on their curses and the virtues - I am a fan of The Lords so this was not a new concept - just a new twist
Terrific job of detailing not only the main characters but the supporting as well - I was left feeling a part of the family and craving just a bit more
I am a bit torn on my review right now - there were just a few scenes that brought me out of the story - and I do wish certain situations and or people had been given more explanation and details
This has all the makings of a five-star series -
This is the first book and the bread crumbs have been scattered and the main characters introduced... And now I am following eagerly along bloating myself on Flynn and Autumn

So, so good!
Addicott knows just how to spin a mind blowing tale.
Flynn: A Lust Like No Other was truly like no other. This story was sinful.
I read it in one sitting, I could not tear my eyes off the pages.
Autumn, a human filled with regret at how she lead her life but one who will stand tall regardless.
Flynn, a cursed angel. One of four. Cursed with lust and with a harpie, Venys, on his back enjoying every second of his tortured existence.
Venys was hilarious.
Hated Hope, I don't trust her.
There were so many twist and turns, I devoured every single word on every single page. I needed this story like one needed air. The characters spoke to me on an emotional level, even the villain. I need the next book ASAP.

First thoughts; better than Untamed which was my favorite read last year.
First of all there's Flynn. Man, if this guy was real I'd follow him anywhere. The theme these days is the overbearing rough toughass alpha male who's the bastard everyone loves. Flynn is not that guy. Cursed with promiscuity and lust he's obviously out for sex and makes no secret of the fact hes into Autumn -literally- for a one night stand.
No spoilers here - there's sex, a whole lot of banging sex. There's lust, there's promiscuity and there are curses and angels and fallen angels. You must read this book. The Fallon brother's are the next big thing.

Flynn is not only a fallen angel he's also cursed. Yup and of course it's promiscuity and lust. Well Autumn has had her time of one night stands and wild nights. She's had enough, then she meets Flynn. Love this crew of fallen and of course their all hot. They have played the games, being around humans and other supernaturals and now they are paying the cost. It's not just about the curse. There are multiple things going on here and you'll have to keep up. It's a great blend of action and passion, fun and suspense. I have a thing about angels although the angels I always loved and collected were nothing like these brothers.
I haven't read this author before but I do have a couple of this series to work thru. Love the way she writes and that there is more story than graphic sex. It's a great read and I am definitely looking forward to more of the series

There are no words to accurately describe how amazing Flynn is
This book is freaking awesome!!!! I was so intrigued, and so addicted to it. The world that Addicott came up with for Flynn is out-freaking-standing! It's a world that sucks you and, and She makes it so you dont ever want to leave! And her character gahhhhh I totally am a sucker for her characters. They are fantastic and totally lovable.
Flynn, a fallen, addicted to sex and cursed. Holy heck in a handbasket what is not to love there. He is immediately shaken with his need and his desires towards Autumn. He must have her, but can he have her?
Autumn, a young women with a past that's a little sketchy. The attraction to Flynn is mutual, and I love that she is not scared of the world in which Flynn lives. She accepts him for who and what he is, and doesnt back down.

I researched every review I could find to determine if this book contained cheating. No reviews that I found let me know if this book was "safe". For others who may want to know, there is cheating in this story. Due to circumstances explained in the blurb, it is not the fault of the H and is realistic to the storyline.
The main reason for my rating, is that I had trouble staying engaged in the book. This is my first time reading a book by this author and the writing was done well. The premise was unique and the characters were likeable. With all of that I still finished the book not quite believing the relationship between the two main characters would last long term despite the big event that happened. Additionally, I enjoy the satisfaction that comes with conflicts having been overcome however almost nothing was resolved. Most likely some if not all of the issues will be resolved in future installments but the lack of closure diminished my reading enjoyment. Overall, I believe that the author was true to the characters and they behaved consistently throughout the book. This is a highly rated book and my issues were solely due to personal preferences.

I loved Flynn!! I devoured this book!! I couldn't wait to see how it would all unfold!! I loved all the characters and the different points of view from all of the characters. Julie Anne Addicott writes a beautiful story, her writing is very poetic and just beautiful. I can't wait to read Steel!!

This was my introduction to Julie Anne Addicott and all I can say is why haven't I found her sooner!! She weaves the most intoxicating tale of lust, love, sacrifice and mystery. Autumn is ready to make a change in her life but then she meets Flynn who could possibly derail her new found life plan. As you read the story you wonder if 2 people can overcome their vices to find love.
I can't wait to read the rest of the Fallen brother's stories!

Fabulous tale of fallen angels. I am not usually a fan of pnr but this book had me obsessed. It is so well written that it felt like I was in the story. I fell in love with Flynn and his brothers. Autumn is perfect. I need more!!

This is the first book in the Curse of the Fallen series. It’s a wonderful introduction to the world and characters. She writes with such detail that you feel like you’re a part of each scene. There is multiple POVs that gives us the chance to not only fall for the main characters but gives us an extensive look at everyone’s development throughout the story. The way she describes their feelings truly bonds you with each character. Before you know it you’re sucked in and never want to let go. One character in particular tugged at my heart strings and lit a fire within me. He will always be my cupcake, my Roman.
With supernatural books there is always that chance that things become unrealistic because the world is imagined. She grounds the story with characters of such depth it’s a flawless transition from reality to fantasy. Flynn is cursed with a lust that never ends and Autumn is addicted to sex, which helped when she was an escort. They are no strangers to hot meaningless one-night stands, for them sex is emotionless and fun. Will they meet their perfect match in each other or will temptation be enough to make them stray. The passion that blossoms between them heats up the pages. As I watched their relationship grow I was just happy to be along for the ride. This was the first of her novels I’ve read and now I know I have to read the rest. I can’t wait to see where this story goes and how all these characters I adore evolve throughout the rest of the series.

Her one night stand turns out to be Flynn and little did she know he is also her Mr. Right. If you have read Julie's Untamed series then you know how great her writing is. Flynn is the first book in The Curse of The Fallen series and I look forward to reading the rest of this series and anything else this amazing author writes. Not only is the writing great so are the characters and the amazing world this author created. My first read from this author but absolutely not the last. I am not usually into reading paranormal stories but this one amazed me.
This book has an amazing storyline and plot. The characters are well described and develops nicely.
There is a lot of passion, love, lust and emotional ups and downs in this story. It keeps you on the edge.
A book that captivates from the first to last chapter so you just have to read it in one session.
The use of words does that you feel you are there with the characters. It feels real.
Amazing chemistry that flows of the pages and makes everything wet. Absolutely a must read.

This book is absolutely incredible and definitely one of those reads that hooks it's way into your heart and doesn't let go. This is without a doubt one of those definite must reads of the entire year. So much raw passion pours out of every word. I cannot stress how good this book is. The world building is unlike any other and the descriptiveness is out of this world (quite literally). The storyline draws you in until you have devoured every page. Fantastic work and I cannot wait to read the next in the series.

Wow!! I love reading paranormal stories. I absolutely loved Flynn. This book had me from the beginning to the end and I couldn't put the book down so be ready for a fantastic ride.
This story is full of action, adventure, hot sexy chemistry between Flynn and Autumn, that will keep you turning pages until the end. All the brothers are sexy hot and I just might claim them all 😂. I can not wait to read more of The curse of the fallen series.

Julie Anne Addicott has done it again! I'm hooked on the characters, their struggles, and their road to, if not recovery, at least to a sort of retribution and healing. I want them to be happy. Also, Alec is the love of my life. The only regret you'll have after reading this book is having to wait for the next one to come out.

Julie's done it again! I've been a fan of Julie's since I first read her Untamed series, and this first book in this new series doesn't disappoint. I love the beginning sentence (Whiskey soaked regret.) which captures your attention and locks you into reading more. With every sentence she paints a wonderful picture, and the sentences flow naturally and beautifully. Julie has a way with words that gracefully flows into well written sentences to make up a captivating story.
We meet our female, Autumn, who is addicted to sex. We are introduced to her by her waking up from a drunken night out with her best friend. She's ready to 'grow up' so she decides to stop have promiscuous sex, but is talked into one more night. Her best friend Charlotte takes her out for one more hoorah where she meets Flynn. Flynn is a fallen angel who is cursed with Promiscuity and lust by a harpy. Their relationship starts out being only about sex, but they both are drawn to each other. He talks her into one more night with him and she agrees. After her and Charlotte are kidnapped by Autumn's boss Flynn realises how much he cares for her, but she's still saying she just wants to be friends. Autumn goes on a date with her doctor, but Flynn shows up with a date. She ends up just friends with the doctor, because let's face it her and Flynn are going to be together. Autumn and Flynn can't stay away from each other and end up in a relationship. There's a problem though, Flynn's curse. Autumn is finally told about the curses him and his brothers have to endure by the hands of the harpies. She's understanding in a lot of ways. She finds him with a hooker at one stage and even though she's mad at him she's pretty understanding. The curse is strongest at night and he can't fight it although he tries. Autumn talks him into going to the club where he ends up behind the building. She gets all cranky at him even though it wasn't his fault entirely. This was the only time I didn't really like Autumn, because she pushed him to go. They finally decide to be bonded, which allows his harpy to control her in some ways as well. He makes a deal with the harpy to take away his curse of promiscuity and let him only be cursed with lust, which the harpy agrees to and we're left having to wait for the next book to see if that works.
All in all if you're looking for an excellent paranormal read then this could be it. It has fallen angels, bad guys, and sex. Lots of sex. I can't wait to read the next book and see what happens with the rest of the brothers.

She finds him with a hooker at one stage and even though she's mad at him she's pretty understanding. The curse is strongest at night and he can't fight it although he tries. Autumn talks him into going to the club where he ends up behind the building. She gets all cranky at him even though it wasn't his fault entirely. This was the only time I didn't really like Autumn, because she pushed him to go. They finally decide to be bonded, which allows his harpy to control her in some ways as well. He makes a deal with the harpy to take away his curse of promiscuity and let him only be cursed with lust, which the harpy agrees to and we're left having to wait for the next book to see if that works.
All in all if you're looking for an excellent paranormal read then this could be it. It has fallen angels, bad guys, and sex. Lots of sex. I can't wait to read the next book and see what happens with the rest of the brothers.

My first taste of PNR and I am so happy I chose Julie to bring me into this world! Flynn is a fanastic story! SO much attention to every tiny detail, phenomal story line and so much to it, well written and easy to follow. Im in love with ALL of the characters (even the "bad guys") and cant WAIT to see where Julie is taking me. Steel is next in the series and I will be jumping in immediately. Is Autumn cursed? What will her lust bring? What wil there love bring? Is Steel up for the challenge and where did Ember come from!? Eeeppp!! I cant wait!

I wasn’t a fan of paranormal romance.
That was until I read this book!
Julie made angels sexy which I didn’t even think was possible. I had a huge smile on my face almost the whole time. So many emotions, and I thought my panties were gonna melt right off. 🔥

Julie Ann Addicott is so good!
Seriously I love Julie Ann Addicott. I’ve never been into paranormal books and I’m lovinggg this series like I loved Demon Heart.
At first I wasn’t sure cause I thought it was going to be all sex and attraction. But no. There’s action, mystery, suspense and yes, hotness too.

This was one of the craziest stories I’ve ever read. And I couldn’t get enough of it. I don’t normally read paranormal, but this book got me hooked on the series, and I never looked back!
