Copyright 1994, I got this from Current back in the day. Very nice story of Easter as seen through the eyes of a cute white rabbit. It tells the story of Christ's rising, the bunny's meeting with an angel & how he tries to let others know about it with gifts.
My kids & I enjoyed it!

We love this book. It’s about Jesus coming out of the tomb on Easter morning. It has metaphors of a butterfly coming out of the crysallis and a baby chick coming out of its egg. So beautiful!

Loved how the story of Christ’s resurrection connected to other things coming to life as observed by the first Easter bunny.

Minus the butterfly being described as orange and yellow and the illustration being solid blue... I love this little book. I actually had never heard this story and always wondered a way to connect the Easter Bunny to Easter. I love it.
