The book lives up to its name -it is easy to understand and easy to implement. This book is designed for the small business owner who wants to have success in all arenas of their family -- personal, vocational, financial, etc. It challenges the business owner to define their personal vision prior to defining the organizational vision so that business success doesn't come at too high a personal cost. It's beauty is in its simplicity. Anyone can apply the concepts within this book.
On the surface, twenty-three steps sounds like a lot but that's primarily because we have become conditioned to have bite-size, tweetable lessons. Each of the steps has value -- the process works.
