I pick this cookbook up to read when I'm nowhere near the kitchen. I love that it's organized by season and by menu: you see how a real master chef pairs flavors and dishes. The few recipes I've made are exquisite, and while some are too complex for my taste, there are some simple ones for everyday cooking. Also, best title ever.
