About the author
Kathryn C. Kelly
78 books1,056 followersI am slowly but surely learning to manage my time more effectively and getting back to writing and connecting with everyone. I'm not completely there yet, but it is slowly coming together. Misled and Misappropriate have been updated with additional chapters and POVs from a couple more characters. Both books have about 30,000 more words and new covers. I have new covers for all the books in the series. Recently Misled placed first in the Mystery, Suspense, and Thriller category on Chick Lit Cafe. The paperback will also be included in an upcoming Reveal Book Box. While working on Reckless, I am also updating the text in the original series. About Reckless - It will be filled with death and destruction, as usual. However, I will admit to being slightly shocked myself at some of the turn of events taking place. I have restarted my newsletter with a new name, KatChats. Until the end of the year, I plan to send it out weekly because of all the news I have to share. After that, I will switch to monthly. I also have a new website. It should be online in a couple of days once the domain transfer completes. I also have a website dedicated to the Death Dwellers. It is still in its early stages, but it is live: https://deathdwellersmc.com.

During her treatment, she was also diagnosed with Li-Fraumeni Syndrome.

After the inauspicious meeting, he planted himself in her mind and the motherf...the gentleman hasn't left yet. In what was only supposed to be one book about the fictitious Death Dwellers MC, Outlaw has become a source of amusement, a well of frustration, and a bone of contention between Kat and one of her daughters.
She is hard at work on Reckless, the book that will bridge the OGs with a new generation of Death Dwellers. Her work has been included in several anthologies and she is looking forward to other upcoming single title releases, including Savage Suit from the Cocky Hero Club World created by Vi Keeland and Penelope Ward. I have loved this series from the first and let’s be honest it’s because of Outlaw I still am invested in the series. I read this yesterday and after my rating I felt very unsettled but it’s only this morning I realised why.
I feel so angry that KK is giving a pass to that Psycho Kendall after she tried to PUNCH Outlaw’s son who is only 6! In fact they all turned a blind eye and made excuses. What the hell is wrong with all those women? CJ was a child and regardless of his “bad manners” he didn’t deserve to have a grown woman about to hit him just because he said something that was the truth about her! I felt sick at Roxanne treating that nutcase Kendall like a baby when it should have been CJ receiving everyone’s support and justified anger towards psycho Kendall. They all just let it go even Zoann who is meant to be CJ’s aunt. It is unbelievable that something as serious as nearly punching a child is just swept away and forgotten especially knowing the psych Outlaw is about his wife and kids! As for Outlaw rewarding that psycho Kendall with a property and business at the end WHAT??? Their reasoning that she helped find Megan? Why are they all forgetting SHE was the one who had Megan kidnapped in the first place? SHE was the one who waited 4 days before telling anyone when in that time Meggie could have died? Why has KK made Megan into such a doormat for other people’s anger and she just lets it all go even when she is threatened and attacked by her so called family members?? Why is KK DETERMINED to keep a child abuser like Kendall as a heroine in this series as she stated she would?
I am not writing this because I hate Kendall (which I do) because she does add entertainment as a hated character and I actually looked forward to her antics but after this incident with CJ I can’t bear her even for entertainment value. She crossed a line and nothing can redeem her after this. Kendall as a character is reprehensible and as a mum I feel angry and disgusted which I think is more emotion then all the people around CJ displayed around him after his near attack. So because I feel so upset and angry with EVERYONE in this book for the way they all ignored a 6 year old nearly being punched I can’t rate this book high. This is too much and I will not support the way a child abuser was let off so easily!! I still love Outlaw but he should have gotten rid of Kendall in this book as that would have been more fitting for his character!!

It is almost 5 years since Meggie and Christopher had their church blessing, yes they have two anniversaries but this is the one that means the most to Meggie. Meggie has plans which the Outlaw side of Christopher is dreading, totally his fault for allowing her to watch a certain film containing princes and ballroom gowns.
Life is good to the Dwellers, babies are growing and Outlaw and his boys are not too unchallenged except for Randolph and Mystic who are pushing for the Imperials to be absorbed by the Dwellers. Outlaw has already declined.
Meggie has already warned Johnnie that Kendall is introducing herself to people as an attorney and to have a care, her dissatisfaction at being Susie home maker was showing again.
During a dinner that Johnnie has proposed to allow himself, Kendall, Christopher and Meggie to get closer Kendall is again mouthing off (err sorry) pontificating on her exemplary parenting skills when Randolph appears. He follows Kendall to the bathroom and even though he is from an enemy MC, thinking only of herself and her career she agrees to think about becoming his brief for an upcoming trial.
Having agreed to take the job Kendall now has to convince Johnnie that it is the right thing, it shouldn't be too hard, he loves her, he spoils her and he gives her anything she wants. But on this he is unmoved. Following a huge row where he explains she cannot practice law because Outlaw banned her when she colluded against the club and cost her old boss his home and practice.
With her plans failing Kendall visits Outlaw in an attempt to convince him that she has been offered a case and really wants to take it. Knowing she is not telling him the whole truth Outlaw tells her in no uncertain terms that she is banned from practicing the law and why. She retaliates by mouthing off about Meggie and causes Outlaw to loose his temper where he grabs her by the throat and proceeds with an up close chat.
On a trip out with CJ in the car to collect her ball gown Meggie is forced off the road by bikers. She has enough time to dial Christopher and hand the phone to CJ whilst she brings the car to a halt in a disused lot. When Christopher reaches her car he finds her gone and CJ hysterical.
Johnnie meanwhile has discovered exactly what Kendall has been doing. He is shocked especially when he realises that she hasn't learned anything. With all the mistakes and problems she has caused in the past she is unable to either see or understand what she has done wrong. Now is the time he decides to take back his stones and take control.
Meanwhile Meggie is missing - Christopher is a broken man. In a fit of temper at Johnnie's treatment and being thwarted in her plans to resurrect her law career, Kendall in response to a rude remark slaps CJ, grabs him and raises a fist to him. She is removed to Johnnie's room at the clubhouse.
4 days pass with no sign of Meggie, Christopher has been blowing up Imperial holdings as he searches for her. Kendall decides she might just know where Meggie is being held but is unwilling to say as she is still reeling from Johnnie's last decree so she tells Roxy - who is stunned and angry.
Meggie is found, even though the address is on the list, it wasn't one of the priority properties to be checked. She is hospitalised with dehydration, concussion and hypothermia. With his wife found Outlaw wants answers and knows where and how to get them.

Omg wowsa!!! I am such a huge Death Dweller fan and absolutely love Outlaw and Meghan and Kathryn didn't disappoint for their Valentine's Day and Their Anniversary . what could you ask for ?? the death of Kendall? lol I know I am one that prays for the Day to come but who knows maybe it will maybe it won't. You will have to read to find out . the kids are growing up and of course where there is happiness trouble is sure to find these men and their club but at what cost ? I refuse to give spoilers out so I want to say just get your book when it comes out and leave a review.
I stayed up all night reading this book and still wishing for more of the Death Dwellers goodness I love those men .I was gifted this book for my honest review but I really want to thank Kathryn for bringing the mc back together and for allowing me to be apart of because they're like family to me.

This book is a continuation of the series of “The Death Dweller’s”
If you love the series this is a must have.
Yet, again we have Outlaw with his bada$$ self and the rest of the Dweller family trying to have a good Holiday but someone-or another MC goes and messes it up....or tries to!
A lot of emotions happens while reading this book. You cheer for the happy times that happens, your heart breaks when you see some injustice happen, you yell when when you realize something happens you want to happen, even though you get surprised, and then you get to the ABOUT FREAKING TIME point!
I could not put this book down! Still riveting as it was from the first book! Love love love it! I Highly Recommend this book!

I am No Kathryn Kelly and I am not as good as her in writing out what I feel. WOW WOW is all I can say its 5 years later and Meggie wants to Renew her Wedding Promises . But Of course There Is Kendal and she is as always a pain in Outlaws ass. Book was awesome. KK is a tease though she led me to hope something great would become of a character . From front to finish i enjoyed this book and my gosh I love C.J He steals the book as always. All of our favorite D.W are there , Thank You K.K for another great read

OMG
OMG OMG spoiler alert!
I thought finally the bitch would get what she deserves! I know why Kathryn did it. I even understand it but WOW. We all have or have had a Kendall in our lives just not to this extreme.(hopefully) I bought this as soon as it became available.
I told myself I’d just read a little and go to bed. One night without sleep and a completed book later here I am. It was that good! I literally could not put it down! I tried.
Where do I start? I love Outlaw’s perception of things. He is such a unique character I can never get enough of him and his outlook on life. He is probably the only character I could sanction pulling out a gun and shooting someone. His love of his wife and children is so beautiful it touches my heart.
I think Johnnie is my least favorite person. His lack of self preservation saddens me. At some point he needs to give up on Kendall and I’m thinking when she drugged would have been a good time. That line he straddles between love and hate needs to be crossed. Just get rid of her Johnnie, she makes you look weak and spineless.
I think CJ is adorable. He has his mother’s light and his father’s fierceness and the combination is delightful. Mommy’s mini warrior will be the man Christopher would have been if he’d had the right chances in life. CJ is Outlaw’s redemption. The children definitely bring a lightness to the Club that wasn’t there when this amazing story began.
I can never say enough about how well the dialogue in the Death Dwellers series enhances the storyline. Kat weaves her way in and out of each characters specific way of speaking with ease but never lets us forget just how intelligent these characters are.
I look forward to more! I loved this one! I still say KILL THE BITCH!!!

Author provided a ARC for a honest review.
I have followed the Death Dwellers series from the beginning and have gotten to know all of the main characters well. I've loved, hated, cried and wanted to throat punch some of them at various times but one character that's always held a special place in my heart has been crazy as f@&^ Kendall (one of the most loathed co-protagonists ever). I know that she is a fuck-up and is the architect of most of all her problems in life but I've always defended her to others and had sympathy for her based on the way she grew up. BUT!! in this book pretty much most of my sympathy for Kendall ended. Without giving away any spoilers, I will say that one scene involving her and violence toward a child caused me to want to slap the dog crap out of her. Believe me throughout the book she kept on doing stuff that made me want to slap the crap out of her but that one scene made me hate her with a passion. I applaud Kathryn in making me despise Kendall throughout most of the book. On the flip side of this, Kathryn Kelly has also done something that I thought no one could and that was make me start to like "Golden P**" (aka Meg) and Outlaw. Meg has definitely matured throughout the series and for once I didnt want to throat punch Outlaw. In fact he was merciful and generous to Kendall, which for once I didnt think she deserved. There was some resolution at the end, so lets hope that in subsequent books the good will continues.

My title says it all, if you haven't made the Death Dwellers your favorite MC you need to do so now

This series, from the first book I read, sucked me in completely. I'm so wrapped up in the story that I speed through the book and get mad at myself because it's finished. I always say that I'm gonna take the next book slow but it never happens that way.
I have never liked Christopher, at all. I used to hate him. With the power of a thousand suns, I hated him. I know all of the Outlaw lovers are furious with me but tough shit, that's how I felt. I no longer hate him but I'll never like him. As you readers know, you have one of two sides to choose, Team Outlaw or Team Kendall.
Christopher has his hands full of all kinds of shit. Enemies always lurking around the corners determined to cause mayhem. Outlaw thrives on the misery of others, therefore he does well with mayhem. I give him credit for the way he works to protect his family and his club. Megan is as she always is, loving and supportive. I love Megan, always have. The rest of the characters are there too. I love all the characters except Outlaw and Johnnie.
The scenes in this book are so enthralling that I found myself reading with my hand over my mouth and an ache in my stomach. I was so engrossed. Great pacing with the story here. Kat Kelly pens an excellent story with page turning suspense. This was another slam dunk for her and this series. Loved it.
Kendall. Wow! She's absolutely bat shit crazy! She can make even her strongest advocates want to shake her. I cringed at some of the things she did. I have always had a soft spot for her because she does have a mental illness. Not that that does away with all the terrible things she does. I find it disconcerting that a lot of the fans of the series, hate her so much. Those same people love Christopher. They hate Kendall because of her inappropriate actions toward Outlaw. Do you all remember when Outlaw tried to strangle Kendall when she was pregnant?! He's as fucking nuts as she is!
Btw, Team Kendall forever bitches!

I love Outlaw, always have always will. I even love Kendall!!! Yes I know how she is but I still like her. This book is for me different from the rest because a lot of the characters F-I-N-A-L-L-Y figure their ish out! There are some parts of the book that make you wish that person was real.... so you can SLAP the b-jeepers out of them. Johnny comes to terms with his marriage to Kendall I'll be it a little late but he does. Kendall FINALLY realizes some thing about her self as well and it is a come to Jesus moment for her. Meggie and Outlaw are still all over each other but they also have things that need to be worked out. All the other guys are still crazy as ever and CJ..... what can I say about him? HHHHMMM? THE CUTEST MUDNA F*@&A ON THE EARTH!! GREAT READ. CHECK IT OUT IF YOU HAVENT YET.

What a fantastic book! Once again we are a journey with Meggie and Kendall, and it in no way leaves you disappointed! There are laughs, suspense, drama, tears and a shocker too! It was like coming home again to characters we think of as a family. Read the whole series, you will not be disappointed! Please keep writing more of the Death Dwellers!

Carla's Four Star Review
Almost five years have passed since Outlaw and Meggie got married. Valentine's Day is just around the corner, and Meggie wants to celebrate by throwing a ball. Life for the Dwellers has calmed down. Many of the brothers now have old ladies, and there are a lot of children running around the club house. Of course, this is the Dwellers we are talking about and peace never lasts very long. Some brothers from a rival club known as the Imperials start sniffing around. Mystic is the president of the Imperials, and he wants Outlaw to absorb the Imperials into the Dwellers. Outlaw isn't having it and he tells them to get out of his club and never come back. As if that isn't enough, it seems that crazy Kendall is back up to her old tricks. It doesn't take long for Meggie to realize that Kendall is working some kind of angle to benefit her. Meggie tries to tell Johnny, but he refuses to listen.
One night while Outlaw, Meggie, Johnny and Kendall are out to dinner, they cross paths with an Imperial named Randall. He follows Kendall to the ladies room and asks her to be his lawyer. Kendall agrees to take the case without Johnny's permission. To keep Johnny in line, she does some deplorable crap. As the story progresses, Kendall does and says horrible things to CJ, and this really made me want to cut a bitch! CJ is my little man, and no one I mean no one messes with him.
For fear of spoilers, I am going to stop here. Just know that these are the Dwellers and with them danger and drama are never far behind. Outstanding Read!!
**If you noticed that I only gave this book four stars, you are correct. I loved 99.9 percent of the story, but the interaction between CJ and Kendall was a bit much for me. Of course, that is just my opinion so take it for what it's worth.

As sad as I am to write this, because I absolutely love Christopher & Megan, they are the only reason I’ve read until this point in the series, I would’ve stopped books ago if not for them, but I’m done with this series now after this book!!! I can’t stand to read about all Kendall’s doing and for her every time to get away with it and face absolutely no consequences or punishment. I can not believe what takes place in this book, what she does and what she gets away with AGAIN!!! Drugging her husband to the point she turns him into a monster, responsible for Meggie being kidnapped and not saying she new where Meggie was for 4 days, trying to punch CJ, a 5 year old child in the face. And she not only gets away with all this, Outlaw rewarded her, by giving her land, a house, money, her own business, and she’s free to still come to the club whenever she wants. I’m sorry but the outlaw that we’ve all come to know and love would’ve killed her on the spot for the things that she does in this book, yet he sits there saying she “saved” Megan’s life. WHAT??? This just drove me absolutely nuts, if it weren’t for Kendall Megan wouldn’t have been kidnapped in the first place and also like I said she waited 4 days to tell anyone she new where Megan was, and then she only told because Roxy made her, she didn’t want to. That’s not the outlaw we love, the man who’s so crazy for his wife that someone can’t even look at her wrong without him beating them, yet we are just supposed to believe he would let what Kendall did in this book go? I don’t think so. I hate the way the author wrote him in this book. Another thing that really annoyed me in this book was the author writes how much Meggie loves CJ, yet Meggie doesn’t say one word to Kendall about her trying to punch her son, nobody does, and I’m absolutely pulling my hair out reading it, it’s frustrating and annoying me so much. It’s also so unrealistic to believe that any woman not just Megan would put up with being treated the way Kendall treats Megan, no woman would ever just forgive all that Megan’s forgiven, especially the fact that Kendall keeps trying to get outlaw in her bed, oh I know she says she isn’t but she obviously is, and for her treatment of CJ, yet again Megan says nothing and all Is just forgiven. The author is always writing that megan isn’t a pushover and has a nasty little temper, well where the hell is it in relation to Kendall because if it’s her doing these disgusting things then all is forgiven and forgotten, she’s making Megan into a doormat and she wasn’t like that in the beginning few books and that’s such a shame. I’m so fed up of the way the author is writing this series and the characters in it, it started off so good with outlaw and Megan, but after them it started going down hill, but I’ve stuck it out just to read about them two, but I can’t do it anymore, as the author wrote in this book that she’ll never get rid of Kendall, so obviously this horrible, vile, hypocritical woman is never going to get what’s coming to her, so thats me done. Gutted I’ll never get to read new Christopher and Megan books but I hate Kendall so much that I don’t want to read this series anymore because of her, she’s ruining it for me, unless she’s gone I’m done, I’m not the only one to be saying this either, a lot of people are in their reviews, pity the author wouldn’t take what her loyal readers are saying into consideration before writing. I’m even returning this book to Amazon for a refund that’s how strong my dislike goes. I don’t even leave reviews normally but felt I just had to with this one.

Just one book without that whackjob...please...put her in a coma or somethin...it's obvious u won't kill the child abusing, disloyal, narcissistic, reformed gold diggin, it's all Outlaw's fault, off, so put her on an extended vacation or have some of Outlaw & Johnny's evil brothers kidnap her..there has got to be a few more kickin around..
I love this MC but enough please. Poor Val looks at Outlaw wrong and he is beat unconscious but whackjob gets Megan kidnapped almost killed, let's buy her a business...wtf...she drugs Johnny lets set her up in nice house with a freaking housekeeper. She tried to punch CJ in the face.. awe poor whackjob let's comfort her and then spanked the child..no u call CPS or if your 1% Biker Club u take out the trash aka Kendall.
I was under the impression that if u consort with the enemy for any reason but especially betrayal that is the unforgivable sin..what does that say to the other Brothers in the club.
I'm a huge fan of this series, book after book I keep saying, ok next book no more Kendall or at least her not intertwined in everyone's story, apparently not gonna happen, so I guess I will have to stop reading or skip her pages.
This is a writer's gold mine, you don't need Kendall as the antagonist every book..this used to be gritty, ruthless, a true one percenter Club now it feels like a daycare centre. No more backbone.
This MC at one time had some series evil characters but they all got killed off..now we got hardened Brothers suffering an out of control
old lady, woŕrying if she took her meds cause they r waiting for the chaos. There is an old saying "you've milked it".
I understand Team K but i have never heard of a mental disorder like this. You compassionate fans, what Kendall has is a Behavioral Disorder .. She is a Master Manipulater..She needs to stop her narcissistic behavior and realize the world doesn't revolve around her and just because u r having a bad day is not excuse to verbal attack others and just because u wanna sleep with someone's husband doesn't mean they wanna sleep with yours and kids don't hang on hooks while u r entertaining or not in the mood to mother them AND just because u want something doesn't mean u r entitled to it or u sacrifice family or betray others to get it. AND YOU DON'T ever Abuse a child for any reason. Discipline is not a punch in the face, that is inexcusable abuse..I didn't find that acceptable, usually when u read that stuff the character is not redeemable, eventually killed off or hated,
not rewarded. Parenting 101, you never reward bad behavior, If their r no consequences for unacceptable behavior how does a child learn..well that concept applies to adults as well.
How about some more Sloane. Outlaw & Sloane that's an Alpha dream. Please...maybe Diesel could turn out to be Outlaws or Johnnys or Vals or a Caldwell..anything but More Kendall..sorry Team K, I can't stomach one more page of that child abuser.
Team Outlaw & Team CJ all the way..campaign sell Kendall to science....yay!!!!
Sorry for the rant..I just miss the grit.

Amazing as always
One of my favorite series! If you haven't discovered, devoured, and have been sleep deprived yet; start at the beginning, strap yourself in and enjoy this wild ride. I don't ever want this story to end, I vote for more Death Dwellers! Kendal - I loathe her and yet I want her to find redemption! Megan and Christopher, sigh, I love them! CJ makes me laugh. I experience every emotion in these stories! Kathryn Kelly, thank you for sharing your talent with us! You've allowed me to step away from life and be somewhere else for a time, sometimes we all need too. Keep writing, I'll keep reading!

A must read it you are a fan CD MC
I just found this series and loved every single book. I just have one problem: Kendall. I have never hated a character more in any book i have read. I personally think her relationship with Johnnie is toxic. Forgiving her time and time again is a bit much. A person can only take so much. I was hoping that scene was true and that Johnnie would have found someone who valued him and his love. Outlaw and Megan are the perfect couple of how a relationship should be. Love CJ to pieces. I love how he is a mini Outlaw. I hope there are more books to come.

I think that Kandell is so destructive toward Johnnie and her children. I know that she mental ill, but she continue to sexual pursue Outlaw, this is just sick and outrageous. It very hard to read this character in this series. I wish that Megan would just forbid her from the MC club and family. Outlaw and Meggie are celebrating their fifth anniversary in a church. I love the way that they support each other in their relationship. I know that Meggie has a strong commitment toward her marriage. I enjoyed reading about their little boy CJ and his colorful verbal comments. He is so cute, please keep his character in your next series.

Kill Kendal!
I really hate Kendall, she irritates my whole soul. I truly feel everyone will be better off without her. I did not appreciate the author's little trick at all, it was so uncalled for. I also wish Meggie would just slap the crazy out of Kendall when she makes offensive and berating comments. However, I really love CJ and could read an entire book based on his interactions and comments. Overall, I enjoyed the story and hope that the series continues with a new generation starring the kids all grown up.

happy valentines DDMC style
Loved this valentines story from the death dwellers, I had all the feels through this. I’m not giving anything away but Kendall’s bitterness towards Megan gets as close to murderous as it can, Outlaw’s world comes crashing, betrayal for betrayals sake and betrayal to save a life or two. The love story of Outlaw and his Megan just gets deeper ( I love Meggie so I’m happy to share Christopher with her)

Very slick Ms Kelly! I'm giving no real spoilers here but you shafted me proper! Just when I was internally screaming "YEEESSSS!!" you pulled the rug from underneath me!☹️ Anyway, despite your reasoning I will always be chanting "Kill the bitch! Kill the bitch!" I want to be a bigger person, I really do, but I can't!

Love this series !!!!!
I wish there will be more books in this series. I have read the series four times. I still can't stand Kendall. She always walks away from her nastiness with hardly any repercusions. Love Outlaw and Megan. The whole club is great. More books please!!!!!!!!!!!
