I found it difficult to rate in stars. For its honesty, as a piece of history, and in the quality of the writing it is worth 5 stars, so I have gone with that. But it is not an easy read. In places the text is dense with facts and acronyms that slowed down this reader's understanding, and for that aspect I would give it less than 5 stars.
