This has mini half page flap pages, to see where the rabbit goes. I wasn't going to use this at lap time today, but I had a caretaker walk in with two babies as I finished Peekaboo, Blueberry!, and the group was being so good I thought I would sneak in one last book since she had made the effort to come. It kept the attention, but I don't think it did quite as well as it might of since it was after Peekaboo, Blueberry!.5/2/12

Well, all the copies of Peekaboo, Blueberry! are lost so I used this again this year. 4/3/13

Used as the first book for lap time and it was a huge hit. 4/7/15

Toddler too shy at Lap Time to pay attention to any books.

Rabbit is out of his hutch and running off about the farm. But where will he go? Who will he see? Will he get away? Flip the flaps and see.

This is a good book for young children. It will need to be read to children because of the size of the text and the wording. The flaps are simple and easy to use. The illustrations are not very child friendly as in the sense it is not bold and colourful like some other childrens' books.
