I don't know if there's a greater book that connects a woman's relationship first to God, then to men. It's all about fulfilling your true love first in order to find your mortal love. The great thing about reading this book: a friend in my Bible group told us gals about it and shortly after finishing the book, she was dating a great guy who she is now married too. So I bought the book believing on some level that it would bring me a great guy immediately. Unfortunately not immediately, but less than a year later, I met the man of my life who knew immediately he loved me, and we're married today. On some level, I still believe the book helped me out :)

This books is very inspirational for women who find themselves in the season of singleness. It reminds them of who their one and only true love is, Jesus Christ. This book will make you laugh, cry, and seriously think about the choices you have made in the past in regards to me. Not only will it make you think about the things you need to change, but it will draw you closer to the one and only man who will never leave you, break your heart, judge you, or not have time for you. This is a must read for all women seeking to find true inner peace in this season.

I enjoyed this as an audiobook. Great reminder not just for singles but anyone in a relationship. What I loved most about the book besides scripture references is the author used biblical stories in detail to use as comparison to related her view points.
I personally have gone to re-read the book of Judges and really study the relationship of God vs Samson vs Delilah

I think it would be a great book read for a ladies group discussion.

Favorite line in the book: Sometimes the thing you think you will die without is the very thing that will kill you.

Nice story, funny characters, but super weird ending. I really don't like the huge lack of communication which causes problems, and how the main character is treated.
The end is for me no happy ending but a stupid one were everything in a personal development of the main character is tossed into the bin for a guy.
