This feels a little like we’re starting the series over now that we’re on to the children of the “original settlers”. It’s a light, quick read filled with lots of action. I appreciated that the women come across as being (mostly) capable of taking care of themselves, though I’m a little distressed that their highest life goal seems to be being mother material. I would like to see more: detail, background, character development. I thought this fell a little flat.

Ruby is part of the Adna Planet series, about Baston and Sca’s daughter. The storyline involves kidnapping, pirates, ménage sex and a battle. Unfortunately it all seems disjointed with nothing to tie the various scenes together and very little in the way of character development. I received an arc of this book and voluntarily left an honest review.

This is Charles , Sammie , Mawri , Rori and Ruby's . This story has everything drama , twists , turns and surprises !! When I first started reading I was sure I was going to be reading about Ruby piloting her own ship after school and boy was I surprised !! This story is so gripping that you will read it without pausing !! After saying her goodbyes to her family she flies to another planet , oh yes she does run into trouble on the way ! , where she is getting ready to head to school soon . On the was heading , ( UNDER WATER !! ) , to the place her school will be huge trouble hits and hits hard ! She and others are taken . Can't say too much more because well read the book ! While at the place she ended up at she decides after seeing the couple that she had seen earlier that they just had to escape . Charles does what he needs to to keep their plan unknown . Once they get outside and reach the woods man does even worse trouble hit !! I really liked the way that Amelia Wilson is able to write a world along with people you can just picture in your mind while your read !! You will want this story ASAP ! This is well written and strongly recommended !! I received this ARC and decided I just had to write a review for such a awesome story !!

I received an Advanced Readers Copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review. I had never been interested in Sci-fi Alien books before. But "Ruby" had me reading straight through. Page after page I got into the story more and more. In the beginning and at the end there were characters from a previous book "SCA". Ruby was the daughter of SCA, Baston, Abigail and Cherie. She was leaving their home on the planet Adna to go to college. When she took a connecting ship to her destination, the ship was attacked her and many others were taken prisoner. While in prison Ruby met little Rori.. They were to sold as slaves. When they reached their destination, they were lead to another prison and she met Charles, Sammie and little Mawri. They planned their escape. While on the run Ruby and Charles had a moment of intimacy. When she found out that Charles and Sammie had the same philosophy as her family, she realized that she wanted to belong to a family unit with them. This was not the end of the story oh no... there was more action and adventure as well as romance in this book. It is medium paced and I liked the overall story. A good read. ..

This is a delightful series and steamy to. It is well-written and

thought out. But it is short, so my review will be to.



This is little Ruby's story. Well she is not so little anymore.

This is the daughter of the four from the first two books. And

this is how she meets Charles, Sammie and Mawri, their little

girl. Who would think being abducted would lead her to

finding her loves. Well her moms and dads met the same

way. Ruby is headed off to school when she and her friend

get taken. Now they just have to figure out how to escape.



Now before I ruin this for you I will leave off here. I hope you

enjoy this book as much as I did. If you do like this book,

Ruby's Adventures

This third book takes one of the kids from the first books and tells her story after she's all grown up and makes her first voyage away from home. Ruby is all grown up and off to her fathers' home planet to study to become a pilot. She's fiesty yet whimsical and prepared for anything. Having grown up on a somewhat savage planet and with parents that fought their own battles for love, she's somewhat prepared when her ship is hijacked by pirates and she's captured and about to be sold into slavery. Lucky for her, she's held prisoner with a family that is equally determined to escape. Along with that family and a little girl she rescues, they escape and fight for freedom. Her journey is slightly reminiscent of one of her mother's own tail. She discovers that the couple is much like her parents and joins them to find love and discover just what is important to her.

This is a ménage sci-fi romance featuring two women and a man.

Ruby is the daughter from a previous story who is now ready to start her own life and it does not go as she planned. When she is taken prisoner, she works with some other captured individuals to gain their freedom. It unites them and they form a special kind of family.

I liked this book better than the earlier ones as I felt there was more of a development of the characters and their relationship before the sexual encounters began. It is a quick read and has a good amouunt of action which keeps the story interesting. It is easily read as a stand alone.

Ruby by Amelia Wilson

An amazing ride into a science fiction world where relationships don’t have to include just two individuals but a grouping of those who love each other. Well written and gripping from page 1, this book will pull you through the ups and downs of romance with the scintillating background setting and the charismatic characters. The book’s description accurately portrays the story without giving too much away before reading. Well done, Ms Wilson, I’m looking forward to reading more.

I wasn’t sure which way Amelia would take us after Sca’s book, but I was pleasantly surprised with this one. I loved Ruby’s can-do attitude, nothing is too hard for her. Even being captured by slavers, she still helps those around her to safety. I liked Charles and Sammie from the beginning and was glad of the end results. Lots of steamy and action scenes help make this my favourite installment so far in the series.

This was a quick read. I enjoyed the character Ruby, I like how she could take charge of the situation and protect herself and others. The story did seem a little rushed. The daughter has grown up and heads off to college in space. But within a few days she will be almost killed a few times. Love that the main character is brave and willing to sacrifice for others, even those she doesn’t know. She is kind hearted but won’t take it from anyone. The story has lots of action and some hot f/f/m scenes.

Ruby leaves her planet Adna & her parents {who are from the first 2 stories, SCA, Baston, Abigail and Cherie}, then she's abducted & sold as a slave. This story has many twists and turns, I loved it. I recommend this read. 5 Thumbs up

Mix up read Eona series first unknown that this is real one of another series. To Be Continue stories isn't one I enjoy because you have to keep buying in order to stay updated. But was good enough that you wanted to keep reading to see what happens next.

Good alien romance

Ruby seemed to be inadvertently following in her parents footsteps when she got abducted. The trials she had to go through with Sammie, Charles, Mawri and Rori were not for the faint hearted. It was really sweet when Ruby's family got to meet the new people in her life.
