Update.
This werewolf tale is like none I've read before.
It's short, gets straight to the point, and is definately disturbing.
There are spelling and grammar corrections that are needed but the story is solid.
I will be looking forward to reading more from Lilith Dark.

I have read Lilith's works with DSWrights (Howl series) and I loooooove it. I have no doubt this book is going to scare the crap of out me as well as be super hot and exciting.

A short lust filled story by Lilith Dark.The storyline flowed at a brilliant pace. We got the point of view of the predator and prey. It was a sexy passion, pleasure and pain book. Heavy on the shame and humiliation. A werewolf romance that has become my guilty pleasure.

Romance: at the end of the story it Most Certainly points out that they’ll have a happy relationship.

Oh well.
This wasn't my thing. I so wanted it to be, believe me. I was looking forward to some nasty werewolf porn. I live for that type of shit. But it didn't hit that mark for me. I was expecting more. It wasn't that dark or taboo. It didn't even warm my kindle up. Maybe I've been so desensitized by the books I've read that are completely beyond perverse, who knows? To others this may hit the spot but sadly a no go for me.
Oh well.

This book had an exquisite twist on the werewolf story. It was dark, yes, but it was very sensual!
These characters were not evolved a lot, as this is a short book, but their characteristics were defined enough for this story.

The Werewolf is a very short Hot read. Not even of Novella length. This is a taboo romance meaning The Werewolf has sex in wolf form. For some reason that hasn’t bothered me because this is a total work of erotic fiction and just wouldn’t happen in real life.
Saying that. This is a short non con, taboo, horror erotica story and I wish that it was longer because there needed to be some time given to develop the characters. I give The Werewolf 3 stars.

I have read this super short read before it was updated. It was good then but I will agree with previous reviews that it needed editing. This new update has had editing so grammar won't won't take away from the story.
That being said, I'll tell you now that this story is one dirty twisted story that could only come from someone who is confident in the story they are telling, in the characters they are creating. It will make you think twice before you take that walk in the dark of the night.
Though some may say the situations are considered dub-con, it really toes the line of rape at the beginning of it. It's all kinds of wrong, yet you may find yourself captivated and unable to stop as you continue reading the one long sex scene that devolves into something that is unexpected. Just remember, not everyone has the same kind of kink so keep an open mind going in as it's a dark, dark story and you wouldn't want to get lost and stumble across as there are triggers everywhere.

The start of this short story to me suggests that something bad is going to happen. It certainly didn’t end how I expected it to either. I actually enjoyed it . It is certainly a strange read , but surprisingly fun at the same time. I actually wish there was more, like what happens with their lives after that next morning, did they end up truly liking and loving each other.
A superb book but I’m greedy and need more haha.
It is definitely a must read fun little story.

Probably the worst thing I’ve read all year, maybe even ever? Not writing wise, I don’t think it was the worst there, although it still wasn’t great, but the whole book is a rape scene? And half of it he’s a wolf? So it’s bestiality too? It was just... really gross to read. It’s in both their pov’s too so it made it even worse to read. Honestly I wish I hadn’t finished it now because I’m so grossed out.

Wow. At first I’m thinking what did I just read, but I give the authors kudos for the amount of story build up, introduction of the world and characters, and they don’t even have names in such a short piece. Intense. Dark. Seems so wrong but ends with HEA and he’s not really a dog….just remember that….

For what it was this story was very good. What I didn't like was the bestiality aspect. I've never read a shifter story where either partner was in full animal form when having sex while the other was in human form. For some that might be their fantasy. It's not mine.
I usually prefer big books but agreed to read and review this for someone.

If taboo monster erotica is your thing, then this short novella has an interesting premise and well detailed erotic scenes. For Grammar Sticklers, there are errors that can be challenging to read past, but there is lots of potential for this story to be great with some extra editing.

So... I picked this to read hoping it would be like Wild by DD Prince. It wasn’t. This is a novella. A dirty, dirty novella lol. I wish the Hero and Heroine had a human relationship before the animal sex because straight bastiality is not my jam. Also, I know that we ignore some things in fictional romantic literature but I feel like I should still say... NEVER go butt to vajayjay.
