A merry, pastel-y, warm & cozy Chanukah story for the very youngest of celebrants! The illustrations are sweet & gentle, & invite participation. A delightful addition to the Chanukah line-up! Roni Schotter
Your little ones will love to see the cat and dreidels act out the movements. This simple fun story is just enough story to delight babies without making them feel overwhelmed. They will want to look at it again and again.
The illustrations are beautiful and fun to act out as you read the book to your children. Love the details that are fun for toddlers, especially those that love cats 8)
This is a very charming book! The illustrations are beautifully done. I think that kids will really relate to the cat. What a fun way to celebrate Hanukkah!
The charming illustrations make this board book one that little ones will want to hear and see over and over again. Not just for Hanukkah, this is a counting book that would work all year long.
This counting book is a purr-fect Hanukkah picture book for toddlers. An energetic kitten plays with a growing number of driedels as the reader counts along. The cute illustrations, which seem to be watercolor with crayon details. will catch the eye and please the youngsters. I found this read along edition, which no longer seems to be readily available in stores, from the Hoopla library app. The voice is pleasant. I recomend this edition, but I encourage you to buy the board book which will delight your little one. This Bubbie can't wait to share this book!
A charming book with colorful and lively illustrations for young audiences. Not only an introduction to Hanukkah and dreidels, but a wonderful counting book as well.
