Women Meditation and Power isn’t exactly what I thought it would be going in. When I first saw the cover and read the blurb I practically jumped up and down with excitement… ready to dive in at the first chance I got. I’m a regular meditator, and believe very profoundly in the strength of spirituality, and individualism as a woman. I also have a real soft spot for self help books. I was on the blog blitz for Women, Meditation and Power and the premise of the book intruiged me. The subject matter of this book is fascinating.

The book focuses on empowerment of women or our female side. The author describes how we can use meditation to focus our energy. While I don’t agree with every suggestion in the book, it gets the mind thinking. The imagery in the book is powerful and inspiring.
