4 stars, but mainly because there's a shortage of books on Rustlang. 3.5 would be slightly more accurate (& fair).

Pros: gets you rolling very quickly - book is concise & drops you into action very quickly, just after a brief intro to cargo (rather high level one); it's also up-to-date (for now: Feb 2018) & covers all major aspects of language, including meta-programming (macros).

Cons: some could say that language intro itself is not enough these days, one needs a wider description of ecosystem -
