March in Atlantis by Alyssa Day

Shifters are out in the world and they threaten humans. Atlantis has risen and helps protect the innocent.
It’s Rhiannon and Lucas’ story.
The first third of this book is a mix of resolving the cliffhanger from the prior book and setting up this one. Jack and Savanna have a moment. They are from February’s book.
Some chapters start with timing and location elements that seem unnecessary. “Previously”, “earlier that night”, “fish market”. We already know they aren’t

A sloppily thrown-together mashup of two separate paranormal romances with glimpses of a third story, full of errors. Unlike the first two straightforward narratives, this one jumps around in time and location, and frequently changes narrators. It resolves the love story from February, introduces yet another feisty instant love interest in a second story, and periodically checks back with the king and queen in Atlantis.

It’s here, finally it’s here. After months of patiently (or not so patiently) waiting, finally we get to find out what happens with Human Prime, the rogue shifters and our Warriors.

After Jack and Savannah finish up in the H Prime compound, Lucas tells his teammates that he has to help a woman, there is a pull there. Denal tells him okay but to stay in touch. He goes after Rhiannon who had betrayed him and his team’s plan to the shifters holding him captive. He forgave her, because they were hold

When Poseidon's Warrior Jake find the woman of his dreams, can he save her from becoming a shapeshifter? When Lucas is betrayed by an enchanting woman to save her child, will he save her or get his revenge. March in Atlantis is that cliffhanger conclusion to February in Atlantis. In February in Atlantis, Jakes is falcon shifter Savannah, in the middle of deadly hostage situation fighting his own instincts and a dangerous group of human nationalist who wants to destroy everything supernatural. Starts off where the February book ended. In Atlantis with demons attacking. In Florida Denal’s Dozen have to stop the weres from killing off supernatural hate groups. And we’ve got two romances going on, kind of dividing the book. Jake and Savannah’s relationship continues from the previous book. And Lucas finds his girl, Rhiannon.

Couple #1. I really like this couple. Savannah’s change and actions are way cool. Never read anything quite like it before.

Couple #2: Interesting couple. Rhi’s going

This is actually a 2.5 star rating. This novella had a lot of potential however didn’t deliver. After reading the entire warriors of Poseidon series, I am a huge fan of Alyssa Day and was looking forward to reading this book but was left disappointed. Story was rather disjointed and didn’t flow, extreme lack of character development ( yes I am aware that this is a novella ) I could not connect with either of the main characters. Story appeared very rushed at the end and was not up to Alyssa Days ...more

I love the Atlantis books, and while I had to wait a while for this one, it was worth it. The warriors are always fun, and all so different it is always an adventure finding out what I'm going to get this time. I am loving getting to be back in Atlantis with characters that seem like long-lost friends at this point, and catching up to what they're all doing.

March is two stories in one, with the gripping finale to Jake's story - tying up that cliffhanger from February nicely - and then Lucas' sto

Almost 2 books in one!

There were multiple things about March that I liked, and a couple things that caught me off guard. I love how the beginning wrapped up February, gave us a glimpse of Jake and Savannah, and introduced Rhiannon. It almost felt like there were two separate books here; the first half finishing off February, and the second half being Rhiannon and Lucas’ story. I love how unsure they were of each other, but how drawn together they were. How hard Lucas was willing to fight for Rhi

First, let me say that I absolutely love Alyssa Day and have been a fan for years. However, this book almost ruined it for me. I know there were issues with getting this series written and published and it definitely shows by the amount of errors in it. There are several instances where the wrong pronoun was used, making me have to reread many sentences. Seems to me there wasn’t much proofreading and editing in this one. I believe that Alyssa could have been more imaginative than “Dostitos”

This novella took up where the second one ended, and we finally got our conclusion to that story. And what a conclusion it was. I just love how well-written these interludes are, and I am always immediately drawn into the stories. The only thing I wish was that Lucas and Rhi’s story was a little longer. We were introduced to the next MC for April, whose name is April, and I can’t wait to find out more about her and her soon-to-be mate! If you like fast-paced, great romance with a little suspense ...more

This picks up right where February ended and completes the cliffhanger we were left on. This edition has two romances and adventures to solve. Fast moving, lots of action and heat in the love stories. I did leave my common sense behind with Lucas' s story, with why drive when the car breaks down, but all in all the stories are fun and fast paced. April sounds like it may be pretty good. Humorous at times, especially dealing with money and drivers licenses, Ms Day delivers in this one. ...more

Another Win for the Good Guys

This continues the story found in the January and February books with Atlantis warriors. Then it progresses into Lucas and Rhiannon's story. Rhi's daughter has been kidnapped by her father, an abusive wolf shifter alpha. There is lots of excitement throughout the story. We also meet what I suspect are the main characters in the next Poseidon's Warriors bok.

I love revisiting this series and March in Atlantis was a truly enjoyable story.

A single mom forced to do things she didn't want to, then her daughter is kidnapped and only a tall strong Atlantean to help her Rhiannon new she was in big trouble but she also knew she would do anything, absolutely anything to get her daughter Stevie back from the wolf pack.

I loved it! I was glad that the team was able to help Lucas & Rhi get her daughter back. A whole wolf pack does seem like a lot for just 2 people to handle. I'm also glad that Brock got demoted, no one that abusive should be leader of anything. The fact that Lucas was able to control his berserker temper under control to get the child out unharmed shows what a great guy he is. ...more

I was given an ARC in exchange of my honest opinion. In February the reader was left with a cliffhanger. Now be ready for an action packed adventure.
Rhiannon Charles has to betray Lucas in order to protect her child .
The question is will Lucas forgive her or not??
Alyssa Day puts it all in her books action, romance, suspense and steamy hot guys!!

Good story

These quick read stories are well written. They are a nice continuation of this world. Having finished the main series it is nice to have these to read as I was not ready to leave Atlantis yet.

Love the HEA!

Alyssa Day does it again! I love the Warriors in Atlantis series and am so happy that Lucas found his one true love. It was a fun-filled story and I can't wait to see what the next story in the series has to enjoy.

So good!!!

The action in this one was awesome. I like the Berserker in Lucas. Rhi is a great mom. She kept Stevie safe for years until she was betrayed. Lucas is determined to help. I loved that he tried to take out 50 million dollars from the bank. Very funny.

March in Atlantis-Lucas' Story

Lucas' Story is a delight to devour. It is both a savory nugget and a sweet nougat. My primary reaction is: More! Bring on April!

Loved it!

When you put up walls to protect yourself and someone with the same walls helps to knock them down. It's wonderful!
Too fast paced

That being said this series is fun. Not for anyone wanting more substance, but the characters are cute and like I said it is a fun series.
