~90%. An interesting mix of Sci-Fi and Dragon Fantasy I'd call 'Independence Day with dragons'. It has much of the typical 'alien invasion' movie: enemies immune to standard weapons able to level down cities, patriotic soldiers, hi-tech facility with a mad scientist and scattered remnants of humanity hiding in fortresses while trying to live a normal life.

And the comes Raiya, a half-human, half-dragon usually chased form anywhere for her appearance. Helping a soldier on patrol fighting an attack
