His scientific research led to the Agatston score for measuring coronary artery calcium.

If you have high cholesterol, are at risk for heart disease or diabetes, or just want it all explained to you, this is a must read. A real cardiologist's advice, just as if you were having a consultation. Will use this as a ready reference book, it has educated me.

I love cardiologists! And I am so much more a crusader against refined carbs and processed foods now.

Nothing different from the original plan, but this book goes over things from a heart health perspective.
