This is a very useful, practical, and well written tool for anyone who wants to look and feel better. Whether you make public appearances, want to look better in a professional work environment, or simply want to improve overall well-being, this book has everything you need. Really good, straightforward, sensible, no nonsense guide to improving your posture. The book is divided up by sections so that you can work on specific problems. You will need a resistance band to do the exercises. You can get a band with the DVD that goes with this book. (The DVD and the book are sold separately.) The DVD is also good and it is easier to understand the exercises through video, but the book has more information in it.

This book has multiple exercises to help improve posture. I found it interesting that the author thinks that your sleeping positions also impact your posture. Janice has some youtube videos available and a website: improveyourposture.com.

Brilliant book, easy to follow and straight forward. All the exercises are superb, and pretty well diagrammed.
