Really good, straightforward, sensible, no nonsense guide to improving your posture. The book is divided up by sections so that you can work on specific problems. You will need a resistance band to do the exercises. You can get a band with the DVD that goes with this book. (The DVD and the book are sold separately.) The DVD is also good and it is easier to understand the exercises through video, but the book has more information in it.
