A friends-to-lovers novella that came from Out of the Shadows, because Nate and Dylan needed a story….

Nate and Dylan have been pals for a long time. So what if their friends think they’ve got a little bromance going? Doesn’t mean there’s anything more to it than that, right? And even if there is, Nate and Dylan are totally oblivious….

Until the night they share a drunken ki

This novella was "fine", but nothing unexpected really happened.

I didn't read "Out of the Shadows", so I may have been missing some of the initial setup and background into how Nate and Dylan normally interacted; however, right from the beginning, these two 'straight' guys were totally on board with being a couple.

I felt that the lack of any *real* type of confusion or conflict not only made the story predictable, but also a bit less exciting than it might have otherwise been.

I did like both Nat

Ahhhh there’s nothing like watching porn together to bring two besties even closer.

This is a nice little spinoff from Out of the Shadows, featuring Dylan and Nate who have been attached to the hip since they were the wee age of eight. They know each other inside and out, are thick as thieves, and though everyone else sees their bromance and assume they’re a couple, the thought doesn’t register with either of them until that fateful night.

Props to Wells for a very

I'll keep this short and sweet just like the book. Bromantically Yours by KC Wells was ok. Best friends to lovers are my crack, and this one was cute, but it didn't muster up the feelings I look for in a great friend to lovers. Things fell into place too easily, and it was all too predictable and sadly forgettable. Maybe I didn't feel wholly invested because I never read "Out of the Shadows? I don't know.

All in all, it was enjoyable. If you're looking for a sweet, low angst best friends to love

Do you love stories starring friends to lovers? How about two guys finally realizing their attraction to each other for the first time? Long for something sweet with little to no angst and a bit of sexiness on top of it all?

Bromantically Yours can absolutely be read as a standalone even though the characters first appear in Wells's Out of the Shadows, but you will miss some of the initial setup and background into how Nate and Dylan's friendship with one another and how it's viewed by others

If you want a quick, light, no-angst, friends to lovers romance for Valentine’s Day, Bromantically Yours just might fit the bill, especially if you’ve already read K.C. Wells’ Out of the Shadows where Nate and Dylan were first introduced (while reading it isn’t necessary to the story, the background of all the players is there and it would definitely enhance your reading experience of this novella).

Nate and Dylan have been best friends going on 20 years, and along with their

Although Bromantically Yours is an offshoot of K.C. Wells' earlier Out of the Shadows, this short novella can easily be read as a stand-alone. Actually, I had read Out of the Shadows and had to go back and remind myself of Nate and Dylan.

After being bros forever, Nate and Dylan explore new territory (“let’s jack each other off while watching bi porn”) one very drunken night, and realize that basically they are already a couple, minus the sex. They enthusiastically explore sex, dating and romance

This one of those cases where the book was fine, but I just wasn’t enamored with it.

Nate and Dylan have been best friends since childhood. They spend a lot of time together, certainly more so than they spend with potential girlfriends. It’s a bromance made in heaven.

That is until a drunken kiss tips the balance. Dylan and Nate both want to explore the chemistry between them, which means getting to know each other in a different light.

This novella is a spin-off from K.C. We

Before we go any further, I'm the one who begged for this story. In fact, after reading Out of the Shadows, I was desperate to find out more about Nate and Dylan. So much so that I contacted Elizabeth North and asked her to help me get it. She said she would.

Now, this book won't be for everyone, and that's fine. We all read the same book in different ways. This isn't supposed to be a novel, it's a Valentine's story of two men who had always been the best of friends, but who never really realized

I was so happy to learn that Nate and Dylan were going to get their own story, because I really enjoyed them in Out of the Shadows. I'm also a huge fan of friends to lovers, especially when one or both of the characters only thought of himself as straight, not gay or bisexual.

I wish there had been a bit more conflict or stress over the two of them wanting more than just friendship, things just felt so - too? - easy for them both. But if you're looking for something sweet, sexy, and angst-free,

When we meet 26-year old straight guys Nate and Dylan, they're long-time best friends. Just friends. On a typical weekend night they can be found double-dating (much more fun for them than each going out solo with a girl) -- or better yet, just hanging out together on the couch with pizza and beer and endless rewatches of their favorite sci-fi movies.

Check out that cover -- just a couple of bro-dudes, right?

But one night, a little bit of experimentation fueled by rum and porn catapults their liv

This is a short and sweet follow up to Out of the Shadows which focuses in on Nate and Dylan, best friends and perhaps something a little bit more.

When I read OotS one of the things which jumped out was the connection between Dylan and Nate so it was great to hear they were getting their own story.

And it's a super sweet one, as they fumble their way through experimenting first with hands and mouths and later with more. They're a great pairing whose friendship journey into sexual attraction felt

This book is a shorter novella that’s a spin-off from the book “Out of the Shadows” by the K.C. Wells. With that being said, I have not read or listened to that book and I made it through this one just fine without being lost or confused with all of the characters. This book can certainly be read and/or listened to as a standalone.

A 100 page novella giving these two bros their own story. I've not read the rest of the series and had no prior knowledge of Nate and Dylan's relationship. While this could be a standalone, I felt I didn't have enough background to really be invested. I couldn't connect with them much at all, I think it's important to be in the know with the rest of the series.

I have to say that I came into this one first and it’s meant to be a novella in the series, I think. However, it didn’t take anything from the story, though I was intrigued to know how the other guys in the series met and got together.

In this one, we have Dylan and Nate, who are best friends, but both straight. Everyone seems to see their attraction for each other, even the ladies they take on double dates… but somehow, neither of them work it out until a drunken night together that ends in a ki

First things first: Yes, you can read this story as a stand-alone, but … Trust me when I say you’ll enjoy the story more if you read (the utterly wonderful) Out of the Shadows first. It is in that earlier book that the set-up for this story is first established, and if you’ve read the ‘prequel’ you will know that while Nate and Dylan only see each other as best friends, others, especially those meeting them for the first time, instantly recognise there’s something more brewing between them.

But,

This was adorable! I don’t remember these guys at all from Out of the Shadows – but that’s ok.

I loved how cute they were together and the “discovery” smexy times were hot, hot, hot!

There is pretty much no angst and just a sweet and sexy deepening of feelings.

Highly Recommended!

To be honest, I don’t even remember these secondary characters from Out of the Shadows, so it’s not a requirement to read that story first. In any event, these friends of the couple featured in that story are besties who care deeply for one another and the author brings them to life—and love—and shows them that what they were looking for was there all along—they just didn’t realize it. It’s a great story and can certainly be read as a standalone.

After being completely charmed by K.C. Wells’s Dreamspun Desire, ‘Out of the Shadows’, and falling half in love with the main and secondary characters, I am beyond thrilled the author decided to write a novella featuring Nate and Dylan. There’s definitely something going on there that they are either unwilling to, or incapable of, seeing and I am squeeing over what this author can bring me. I absolutely adored Bromantically Yours! Not only was the bromance turned more relationship between Nate and Dylan cute to watch play out, but there are some seriously sexy scenes. K.C. Wells is one of my favorite authors and so I’m always happy to review one of her stories. I haven’t read the original story that these characters came from but I will be rectifying that soon.

Nate and Dylan are best friends. They’ve been joined at the hip since they were kids and you rarely find one without the other.

Their friends are sure that something is going on between them besides friendship, but both men scoff at their insinuations…until they don’t.

I really enjoyed this book of two best friends from children to adults finally realizing what everyone around them already knew, that there is much more hen just friendship between them.

Dylan and Nate have been best friends since they was kids. They do everything together including going on double dates with other women together. Nate and Dylan rely on one another. When something good or bad happens it is the other one they turn too. When they hang out together they are right next to one another

K.C. Wells started writing in 2012, although the idea of writing a novel had been in her head since she was a child. But after reading that first gay romance in 2009, she was hooked.
She now writes full time, and the line of men in her head, clamouring to tell their story, is getting longer and longer. If the frequent visits by plot bunnies are anything to go by, that’s not about to change anytime
