a pocket guide to not only meditation but also spirituality — this book taught me a lot about divinity and the spiritual, in connection and separate from religion, practices for higher consciousness and enlightenment. i wasn’t necessarily looking for a book that would convince me to meditate but that would teach me a lot and that’s exactly what it did. i’m grateful for all the conversations i had with different people about spirituality in parallel with reading the book which taught me a lot :) excited to keep learning more 🪷

Not a deep insight or research, but does the job as a pocket guide
