(Suncoast Society series book #67, MMF, BDSM)

When a hurricane takes Jessica’s home, gives her a new dog, and forces her return to Florida, she’s determined to focus on herself and definitely isn’t looking for a relationship after her cheating ex shredded her trust. Enter Tristan and Kyle, and the two hunky Doms soon work their way under her skin.

Tristan and Kyle were friends and roommates first, and run a rope group together, but the attraction between them finally boils over into more. Still, they’re possibly open to a third if they meet the right woman. That’s when Jessica drops into their lives.

When their kinky and vanilla lives merge in an unexpected way, outside forces at play threaten to destroy their happiness before they even have a chance to explore their new dynamic together. Between meddling exes and painful pasts, it all combines to create an emotionally explosive situation that might leave all three of their hearts shattered if they can’t find a solution together.

The Romance Review

Rope bunnies unite! For those who enjoy knotty times with two sexy men, this is the book for you. Tristan and Kyle have been friends for a long time and now roommates. After watching one another experience one failed relationship after another, they finally take a good look at each other and realize they should be together. Just as they are starting on this lovely mm relationship, a sexy female whirls into their world. Jessica is sans home and lover but comes with an abandoned dog. Jessica can sympathize with her new found pet. They are both in similar situations - homeless and unwanted.

These three start off with a tentative relationship. It is professional with Jessica taking erotic photographs of Tristan and Kyle's rope bondage. This brings them tighter together and they explore their possible personal side -- a tasty threesome. Of course, it is not a Tymber Dalton book if there isn't a dastardly villain in the background ready to pounce on our protagonist's newfound happiness. This book will take a reader through an emotional ride and come out a bit frazzled yet feeling good.

The conflicts in this story are all too real. I know I've mentioned it before, but I really think Ms. Dalton is writing the life and times of the kinky people around her. Maybe some of it is with their blessing and others… they have no clue she is writing down every little thing that happens to them and possibly incorporating it into her stories. Wherever Ms. Dalton is getting her inspiration, her stories come across real to life and relatable. These are average people for the most part that we could pass by on the street. The struggles are tangible and the problems are all too familiar. Ms. Dalton gives us this harsh reality check yet she softens it with a romantic happily ever after or happily for now. This kinky romance is recommended for ménage readers who enjoy rope bondage.

I have never been disappointed with any of Tymber's books. She knows how to write stories that pull at your heartstrings. Life has dealt Jessica a lot of bad blows lately and when given the chance, she decides to go back to Florida. Tristan and Kyle have been just roommates for several years but have secretly had feelings for each other. When they finally act on those feelings, Jessica drops into their lives. But for the 3 to make their relationship work, things from the past have to be settled when they pop up. At times I wanted to reach through the kindle and smack Jessica upside the head but she's been through a lot so when a surprise shows up, how will her and the guys react? Completely loved this book and as always, am looking forward to the next book in this series!

This series just gets better and better. I liked the fact that this book is about “older people“ than I normally read- late 30s, early 40s.
A Texas hurricane takes Jess’s home, and gives her an abused and abandoned dog she names Stanley. She speaks to an old friend in Florida who convinces her to move back. Since she is no longer with her cheating ex, she agrees to go. The ex had torn apart her self esteem and her trust. She meets and falls for two Doms- Tristan and Kyle, who are lovers and open to a third. The story takes us through the forming of a relationship, and inadvertent trigger, and gaining back trust. It shows how we can be psychologically molded - good or bad-by our family in our younger life. Although the sex was smoking hot, the storyline was even better. I had a hard time putting this book down once I started it.

Book #67, Suncoast Society series. Jessica, Kyle, and Tristan's story will grab you, sweep you away, and alternately break your heart and give you hope!

SPOILER ALERT: IT'S HELPFUL TO READ A CLEAN SWEEP (BOOK #8) AND HIS CANVAS (BOOK #10) FOR THE BACKSTORY OF SEVERAL CHARACTERS IN THIS BOOK. THERE'S ALSO AN APPEARANCE BY A CHARACTER FROM THE GOOD WILL GHOST HUNTING SERIES WHO MAKES A RELATIVELY SMALL, BUT SIGNIFICANT, APPEARANCE IN THIS BOOK.

Jessica's had enough. A hurricane, finding out her boyfriend is a cheat and liar, and, in the midst of it all, finding a sweet. abandoned, maltreated dog. When a dear friend from her past provides a no-strings-attached chance for Jess to return to Sarasota, she's all in. It's the perfect chance to start over. A new job, reviving her erotic photography business, returning to her kinky friends and "family" at Venture? It's a no-brainer. Meanwhile, Kyle and Tristan's lives have just taken an unexpected turn. Roommates for five years, friends for even longer, both men are bi, openly kinky, running the rope group at Venture.. Tristan's hoped Kyle would act on the attraction between the two. Seeing the disastrous relationships Kyle's had with women has taken its toll. When Kyle's ex, Marilyn, uses her son as a crutch to maintain her hold on Kyle, Tristan's had enough. He makes his move. When friendship turns into much more, it has the potential to destroy the men's friendship. And despite the fact that Kyle wants children, Tris has no such illusions. His past left him scarred, convinced he's not parent material. Then lightning strikes. Jess enters their lives. But can things be so simple? Apparently not. Jess' past has left her with lasting scars from which she may never recover. Trust is nonexistent. While there's a magnetic pull all three feel, Tris and Kyle know they have to move carefully, slowly. But is Jess even capable of accepting these two? When the perfect storm of misunderstanding, past fears, and insecurity strikes, the burgeoning trust between the three is shattered. Jess runs. Then the ultimate betrayal seems destined to destroy any hope. With everything on the line, is there any way to salvage what might be? Doubtful? No, impossible! But Tris and Kyle are determined. Can they show Jess they're in it for the long haul? The better question is can Jess see beyond her past, embrace the present, and believe in the future? Without trust and belief, there's no hope. In the end, can three damaged people forge a future where commitment and trust mean everything? If not, their present is over and the future has just been obliterated!

This book is a whirlwind of broken trust, past betrayals, and the hope of new beginnings. Tymber Dalton once again offers a unique look not just into the world of BDSM with its unlimited possibilities and beauty. It also provides a extraordinary window into the world of a polyamorous relationship with all its difficulties, balancing acts, and complexities. Kyle and Tristan are utterly fascinating. The evolution of their friendship into something so much more is fraught with complications, uncertainty, doubts, and fears. Jessica is ultimately subject to her past and the belief that those traumatic events define her very existence. You'd never expect these three to find a way to come together in any way. The differences that define them are more than diametrically opposed. Yet Ms. Dalton makes this work. Tymber Dalton not only understands BDSM. She knows people, how life throws curveballs, and the power people have to either accept their pasts and move forward or to hide in their misery. As always, she's shown that love has the ability to rise above any trauma and transcend any pain. This book deserves far more than five stars. Congratulations, Ms. Dalton, on yet another absolutely extraordinary story!

One final note. Please be an informed reader! This is an ADULT book. It contains explicit language and BDSM sexual scenes. If you don't enjoy this genre, this book may not be for you. There are book synopses and reviews available on Goodreads and all booksellers' websites. Use these resources. DON'T LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW WHEN YOU KNOW YOU WON'T ENJOY THE BOOK. It's not fair to the author! She works hard to provide a quality work product. If you know you'll object to the book's subject matter before you buy it, you're doing yourself and the author an extreme disservice.

Thanks for reading my review and happy reading!

The Suncoast Series by Tymber Dalton is alive and well with book 67! As always, Tymber tells the story of real people with real issues that just happen to like a little kink in their lives! And in Steady Rain, Purson Gibraltar from the Good Will Ghost Hunting series drops in to make things more interesting!
Jessica has lost her home thanks to a hurricane, so her and a dog that’s been left behind and abused, decide to move back to Sarasota. She left five years ago when her now ex convinced her to move. But he decided a year ago that he preferred a stick figure to her curvy one, so her and Stanley are back thanks to her high school buddy Kel.
Best friends to lovers Kyle and Tristan meet Jess at a Suncoast munch. (*seriously, I’ve got to GO to one!*) Kyle is attracted, and when Jess finds out that both of them run Knotty Fun rope rigging, she lets them know she’s an erotic rope photographer. They make plans for a session with her, and it’s a go! But it’s not always smooth sailing, and problems from their pasts interfere. Jess and the boys also have a huge decision to make in the end.
As always, Tymber makes everything in her stories more interesting by throwing lots of cogs into the mix, but that’s what makes them so entertaining to read!
One final note. Please be an informed reader and consumer! This is an ADULT book. It contains explicit language and sexual scenes. If you don't enjoy this genre, this may not be the book for you. This was book 67 in the "Suncoast Society " Jessica was living in Houston when a hurricane came and ruined her trailer she moved to Houston with her master and boyfriend Brad from Florida but broke up with him when she found out he was cheating on her. When she gets a call from Kel an old friend she moves back to Florida. Kyle and Tristan are both Dom's have been roommates for years they are both bi and in love with one another but to afraid to say anything. Kyle has an ex Marilyn who wants him back he is like a father to her son Dillon. Both of the Dom's are rope experts who run a workshop at Ventura. When Kyle and Tristan finally confess to one another they go all in. While at a munch they meet Jess who is a photographer she agrees to take photos for them. This was a good read Jess begins to find herself she has some self-esteem problems from childhood and her ex. When Marilyn begins causing trouble Kyle puts his food down but Jess leaves believing that the guys wants someone skinny. This was a good read with hot scenes. This book was well written with no errors in grammar or spelling. I am looking forward to reading more books in this series.

Tymber Dalton does it again. This is the story of Jessica, Kyle and Tristan. Jessica is living in Texas when a hurricane hits. She unexpectedly ends up with a rescue dog from the storm. She receives a call from her old high school friend. Jess is low on trust when she meets Kyle and Tristan. This makes for some easy misunderstandings when she doesn’t have the whole story, or asks any questions. Kyle and Tristan had just started a relationship after being friends and roommates for a number of years. Can they make a relationship with Jess work. Not to mention an ex girlfriend Marilyn with a son Kyle treats like a son. I love how the three work through their trust issues and Kyle’s ex. A great story. Can’t wait to see what happens next for these three.

This is a wonderful book about how by letting go of your fears can lead to living a life beyond what you believe is possible.
Jess has the rug pulled out from under her when a storm rolls through Houston. Still hurting from her boyfriend's betrayal, a call from an old friend telling her to come home to Florida is a no brainer.
Kyle and Tristan are best friends and roommates. They finally become lovers after letting their worries get in the way for too long.
When these three met, their chemistry is intense. But to find their forever they need to let go of the negative to embrace the love waiting for them all!

Great Read

Jess gets flooded out in Texas and winds up back home in Florida where she belongs. Tristan and Kyle have been roommates for five years neither sharing that they'd love to take it to the next level, when they actually do it's fireworks going off. They meet Jess at the Sunday munch and it's on from there - they all have baggage that they need to work through and a surprise.

These three have much to travel through but they are there for each other. Tristan and Kyle's friendship has given them a good foundation to build a relationship on. Jessica has a lot of trust issues and things aren't all smooth sailing but working together they can find the way through to a sunnier tomorrow.

Nothing further with her mom or the ex in Texas...... weird. There are more stories to go in this series tho you never know what might happen. Wonder if she had a boy or girl?? To read thru Kyle and Tristan and how they got together, I thought there would be a little more about the photography, if nothing else but an "I did it" to her mom.

Nothing like a storm to change your life for the better. It doesn't start out that way but all things happens for a reason. This reason was to get Jessica to come home to Florida where she will find the men that will be her forever.

This triad all have issues stemming from past relationships. Some of them we're successfully sent with and are no longer relevant. Oothers made themselves known and nearly nuked things for them. This makes you realize that the more self aware a person is about what caused their issues to begin with the better. If you are aware of your triggers you can work to fix problems before they go nuclear.

Wow! I absolutely love getting a new Suncoast Society book. It feels like the characters are real. Their problems are so "normal". I love that they have to go through things we have to deal with, it isn't all a fantasy.

I love this book

The relationships in this series keep getting cuter and cuter. Plus Iove Stanley, while not a big animal person in real life, I love fictional poets. They have so much personality.
