I once heard it said that we should thank God even for our suffering. I’m not sure if that’s because only the living go through suffering and grief, but there is a lot to learn about that statement. How can our benevolent God put us through these hardships? I’m not sure if I’ll ever have the answers, but Lindsay Gibson’s eloquent writing makes me feel like I’m one step closer.
