Recently re-read this after adding a copy to my library.
It has a fairly interesting recap of the Golden Dawn history and it's break up which leads into Geoff's practice. The middle is the record of Geoff Hughes and his 'magickal' undertakings - while interesting these journal entries don't really have much to do with anyone else's work and can be skipped. Really, if you own this book, the highlights are the beginning and the ending that discusses Geoff's magickal intentions.
If you are wanting an example of a Magickal diary, and how to view, and participate in a unique magickal path this book is probably unmatched.
