Rate this book
If you've ever felt there was something wrong with the world but you just couldn't put your finger on it, then this book is for you. Controversial, informative and entertaining, it will not only enlighten, but may forever change the way you look at the world, especially "law" and politics. The book has been called "Better than a law school education in 250 pages." It reveals so much more than how to beat a traffic ticket in court though. Read firsthand accounts proving the world's biggest hoax. Includes proven strategies you can use to deal with bureaucratic attacks and defend yourself to get the attack dropped, from traffic tickets to tax cases to possession charges. Successful results have been replicated in the US, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand.

This book was like no other I have ever read dealing with deconstruction of the law and questioning what duty we have to the State. Utilizing logic and demonstrating his position through multiple stories and metaphors, the author demonstrates how he has been successful questioning the system to reveal the proofs that so many of us have not questioned. Using these methods may get one out of the court system or it may take up a lot of time in it. Challenging the system of law to show the discrepancies is exactly what the author wishes to encourage in the society at large. This was an interesting read that will stick with me for some time.

This is not a typical "legal do it yourself" guide. Instead of giving you a bunch of complex admiralty hocus-pocus & other patriot theories, mark simply shows the legal system for what it REALLY is... public relations spin for what is in reality just pure aggression. He also shows how this understanding, and questions designed to highlight that specific contradiction, can make things very embarrassing for the "public servants" and the government lawyer in the black man-dress (the Judge). He also shows how these "double-binds" can be used to do damage control in your own situation.
