Una de las tragedias clásicas de Shakespeare, inspiradora de muchas composiciones musicales, óperas y versiones de teatro. El texto se presta para expresar en las tablas todo lo que encierra el temperamento humano, la maldad, la sevicia, las malas influencias de una pareja y la ambición por querer ser lo que no se es.
