Overall an okay self help workbook but there are others out there that I feel are more helpful. Many of the topics I read the book for like perfectionism and “shoulding oneself” were briefly brushed over. Because the book was so general, it never dove deep into s specific problem; gave one “technique” and then moved on.

I have been reading psychology/mental health content for over a decade and this is by FAR the most helpful workbook I have read when addressing anxiety and worry.

I don’t know if I’m just not in a receptive mindset ( for the last 6 years ) but I didn’t find much in this book to be particularly unique or compelling.
